The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was large enough to fit a 6'3 man in it and the air-conditioning/being able to open large windows made it easy to stay cool and comfortable. The location is fantastic. A short walk to everywhere you want. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very dark at night (a plus for light sleepers like me!). The pillows are of good quality also. Note that the address that booking.com gives you is actually half a block away from the actual door, however Franco will send you the proper address nearer the time.

This is the very top floor with no lift. There are no amenities in this hotel. Just a Nespresso machine in the lobby area. Our bedroom was facing right to the main check in desk about 10 feet away which felt a bit... Less private? I'm not sure how thick the walls are but it was something we were aware of.

The livingroom-like entrance is very stylish and cozy. For individuals who prefer to smoke and sip coffee in the morning, there is a tiny balcony as well. The room I stayed in was upstairs, and it had a built-in window and was spacious and bright.

When you arrive, it is a little bit difficult to find the apartment and get into the building since there is no sign, just the name on the doorbell. There are no elevators in the guesthouse, so it is a challenge to carry all the suitcases up three floors of stairs.

The location was perfect. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The common room downstairs has a balcony and sitting area. There was coffee available all the time and tea and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was a good size with a tub. It’s self entry so easy to get in and out with the key box. The owner is friendly.

Just a note there are a lot of stairs to go up and down.

We had a wonderful stay with Franco at Capri Moon House. It was fantastic location in that it is close walking distance to many of the key sites, including Duomo and river as well as lots of a great shops and places to eat. Franco was super communicative and helpful and helped us with our very heavy bags!

It is a beautiful and authentic guest house. The room was beautifully decorated, large and very comfortable. Perfectly clean. The situation is perfect: a few minutes from the train station, the river and the main attractions. The owner was welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend for a trip to Florence.

Not a problem for me, but be aware that you need to take stairs to the third floor.

TONS OF STAIRS. Get ready for tons of stairs, it was extremely hard for us with the luggage. If we put that aside, it is a great place, with good facilities. I overall had a great time. It was unfortunate that the owner asked us to check out at 11:00, we waited outside until 13:30 and nobody came, we could still enjoy the room until our flight. But still great hosting.

- Well located - Good value for money - Spacious and comfortable - Friendly and helpful staff during our stay. Possible to leave luggage at guest house prior to check in and after check out. However the staff would take very long to reply over message prior to the trip.

- Need to go up many flights of stairs (no lift). Luckily we didn’t have big luggage. - Poor sound proofing: Noise coming from the street at night was quite disruptive. We also happened to hear noise coming from upstairs one night

The suite was just gorgeous. The decor, the atmosphere, everything was amazing. The problem was the flight of stairs you had to go up just to get to Capri Moon. It doesn't help if you have a big luggage and there were no elevators. However, the owner was very nice and he took my luggage upstairs to the room and when it was time to leave, he took my luggage down for me as well. Very nice gentleman! The location was close to everything! I walked everywhere. It was next to all the luxury shopping and all these great restaurants.

No Elevators. Those flight of stairs going up was brutal.

Excellent from start to finish - the owner Franco could not have been welcoming and helpful. It was a super place to stay so close to all the main central parts of the City. We would recommend it to anyone who wish to stay in a stylish 'room' with so much to offer.

Apart from the stairs: we are in our late fifties, the place is perfect.

This was in the perfect location, not right in the middle of the touristy stuff but right down the road. Room was very nice and A/C worked great unlike most of our stays throughout Italy. Would definitely recommend.

Kinda hard to get in to the place. First you have a door on the street, then a gate to get in to the place, then 3 or 4 flights of stairs, then another door that opens up to the main area, then another door to your room. So you have 4 different keys but it wasn't too bad after you figure it out.
