The brand, I’ve stayed in other Numa before. Location is also great, the apartment is well equipped and spacious.

I miss REN toiletries, unlike other Numa the essentials weren’t many in the cupboard, the shower drainage and stagnant water smell, also the emergency lighting was flashing throughout the night it’s not convenient when the apartment is a studio we can see the light. Only 2 lockers were available and both of them were in use, we had to leave our luggage outside the locker. The apartment was not ready for 3pm, I requested the sofa bed to be made which was not made. Customer service WhatsApp takes forever to get though to the human agent, AI bot kept sending me the same messages as it did not understand my enquiries about these problems.

We loved the design and decor of the apartment It was small but had everything we needed with plenty of fresh towels . The location was good for travelling around Florence. The air conditioning was perfect for the warm temperature in July. The train station is a 12-15 minute walk.

The bed was far too hard so I didn't sleep very well. The lift for going up to the apartment was far too small to fit people and luggage at the same time . The lockers available for storing luggage are a great idea but there were only 2 available- there is 3 apartments in the building.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close enough to the city center to walk, but far enough to avoid the crowds. We stayed in room 401 (4th floor), which was very spacious and quiet — no noise from the street or other guests. We also appreciated the little details, like having an iron in the room, which was very handy for our outfits.

The staircase is quite narrow, which makes it a bit challenging to carry luggage up. However, there is a small elevator that helps with getting to the upper floors.

The location of the place was excellent, we could walk to most tourists destinations, and there were many restaurants and bars around. The room was very big and spacious, and well decorated with cooking facilities and seating. We requested an extra bed which made it a little cramped, but it was great otherwise. The staff there were very helpful and helped us plan our days. Also, when the air conditioner was not working they tried their best to fix it, and offered a free room cleaning to compensate which was very nice.

The air conditioner was not working so it was a little warm and uncomfortable at times. The staff tried their best to resolve the issue multiple times but unfortunately it was not resolved.

Everything new, modern and high quality furnished. The property had everything you need, iron, kitchen, nice shower etc.

The checkin was at 15:00, but only 2 rooms out of 4 that we had booked were ready. Eventhough 15 is late for checkin, the rooms were not ready at 15, we had to leave the luggage and go out for an hour. Also the sofa bed on one of the rooms was not made, I had to make it myself. Also the front of the sofa bed was leaning to the floor, it was difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect, the room is big enough in terms of the environment, everything was clean, all facilities presented and worked properly.

Always wonder why modern designers often invest so much to make the use of their designed devices harder rather than easier. The chandelier was beautiful but placed too low so you always hit your head when lean over the table. The shower tap also looks good but you need extreme attention as one wrong touch results in a stream of water pouring over you from above. On the other hand, the doors of the shower cabin wasn't tightly fitted so it was another task to avoid flood on the floor after shower. In addition, the top of the coffee table wasn't securely attached to it, so I felt and slightly injured a knee while getting up leaning on it.

Vibe of the place and decor of the room. Central amenities closet was great. Very clean, sufficient cutlery and wine glasses

Used towels should gave a central deposit place on level 1, we stayed for 8 nights and it was piling up in the room, which was not so pleasant. Also a central bin at ground level for plastic bottles. Shower area design could have been better, even with the door closed, the floor outside still gets really wet and we had to keep replacing the floor towel

Great location, walking distance to almost every tourist sites. Very modern and stylish design and reasonable room layout. The air conditioning system is super cool, which definitely saves us from the heat in July. We really enjoyed the stay and would like to come back next time!

Almost perfect, if only, the bathroom is a bit narrow.

What a great find this apartment is. It is beautiful, very morden,so clean, comfortable and very good location.It has everything you need and some lovely extras too. Also, it's very good value for money. I'm definitely looking forward to staying with Numa again.

If I was being really picking, I would say it was that the AC just through the night. It would turn off,it just needs a slight adjustment, but I didn't know how to do it.

The room was very spacious and beautiful, with great views! We had everything down to ear plugs and olive oil.

The elevator was incredibly slow(taking the stairs to the 5th floor was way faster), and the fact they they only have 2 luggage lockers in the lobby, which when we arrived were occupied both by 1 guest...
