Location, reception service, room size, breakfast with view of SMN

Zero interaction by staff at breakfast service was a tad odd for us.

Clean and well kept facility. Close to the train station and point of interests. We enjoyed our stay in Florence having a comfortable bed to sleep after a tiring day.

We purposely booked the facility because of the Duomo view on the rooftop restaurant, however during our stay it was not accessible. There was no notification on the email that it was not going to be accessible. There was not enough space in the bistro where they direct us to have breakfast. There were four of us that ended up sitting on a small table intended for 2. We asked if we can get a discount, but the receptionist just ignored us.

Excellent location just off Piazza Santa Maria Novella, a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, central but away from the major crowds. The hotel is kept up beautifully, with comfortable beds, pillows, and linens, and thoughtfully placed switches by the beds. Full breakfast is served in a large airy room overlooking Santa Maria Novella. The water in the room fridge is very reasonably priced, and the restaurant recommendations are great. Would definitely consider again.

Couple of minor issues -- the main door has a few steps and requires you to pull down a handle, not the easiest with luggage. In our room we could hear water running through the drains from neighboring bathrooms. Also, the AC kept resetting to 20C.

Excellent location and stylish interior. Staff very polite and efficient. Good large bathroom and shower. Appreciated the complimentary mineral water each day and good air conditioning. We liked the fact you could walk to all the main attractions very easily and the square where the hotel was located had a lovely atmosphere, lively but not at all noisy.

Our superior room on the second floor was comfortable but very dark. Space to hang clothes and put suitcases was limited and the window looked on to an inner courtyard. Breakfast was okay witty lots of choice but not the quality we have had in other hotels in Italy.

Comfortable, Clean and great location. Staff were super helpful with recommendations and booking restaurants for us. Would definitely return.

The only thing that could be improved would be the breakfast offering. There isn’t a huge selection and you can only get bread but not toast which I thought was strange. The service in the breakfast was quite slow as well.

The hotel is in a great location on the Santa Maria Novella Square with the Florence Duomo, David sculpture and Ponte Vecchio within walking distance.

Although breakfast is good and the staff really helpful the venue is too small to accommodate many hotel residents at once and we had to wait a few mornings for a table to become available Sometimes there was a very bad sewer smell hanging in the lobby and bar area, but we found this in other shops as well. Also, because it is a pet friendly hotel ,you are sure to have the smell of dog urine around the hotel and the whole Tuscany to be honest.

Hotel was awesome. Perfect location. Everything in a walkable direction. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was great with great views. Staff was extremely friendly. They offered info on places to see, things to do, places to eat and even offered to make reservations for us if we wanted. They even had umbrellas for us on one of the rainy days. Loved it!

The room as well as the hotel deco was very impressive, bed is very comfortable and Conseige staff are very helpful especially the restaurants recommended are extremely good !! Love the idea your hotel actually printed out the concerns I have previously when I interect with them. The information given was very informative!! Very nice and helpful staff !!

Could add more variety of food for breakfast

Good reception. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean room with nice furnishings. Water and sparkling water provided in room. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas in lobby areas.

Some rooms require stairs to access. Figuring out the light switches was a weird challenge. Coffee station did not have power so kettle had to be moved elsewhere to use.

Location near the train station is fantastic. Tram from the airport ended just steps away from the hotel. The a/c was on point when it was 105F in the afternoon, the beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast was great (and ran from 7a-10a, though they still kindly served those who arrived at 9:55a). Some staff were friendlier than others, but all were helpful.
