From the beginning of my booking process, Luciano from the Floren Luxury Hotel team helped me book my activities and replied promptly to my emails with extensive advice. Once I reached the hotel, I was greeted so warmly I thought they were the owners ❤️ my room was perfect, comfy bed, clean and beautiful bathroom, excellent sound proofing, such warm welcome with dessert in my room and a special note! Every day the team was there with different members but all the same smile and the same warmth. I am so thankful for each one of you guys. You made Florence extra special for me. I want to thank in name: Luciano, Camilla, Claudia, Carmineh, Ria. Each of you were so sweet and friendly, I now want to see you all again. I left two more persons who made my stay special: Chef Marco, I am waiting to read your Michelin star news. What a talented, friendly and grounded chef! Finally, Patrizia, your friendly reception and bubbly personality made me love Florence so much more.

I absolutely have nothing to add here and I am usually very picky. I enjoyed every detail in this hotel and I am certainly coming back 🤍

Very clean, new hotel. Large enough rooms with some storage space, high ceilings in some rooms. Breakfast till 11, which is great of late owls like us. Comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room. Additionally, they provide phone with internet sharing, free calls etc that you can use during stay which may be very convenient alternative to get a local sim or roaming.

The major downside was ventillation in the rooms: while the conditioner definitely works, it is not really helpful to ventillate the room. Despite having huge ceiling, no matter the AC settings (on/off), door to the bathroom open/close etc -- we had to ventilate room several times a night to get fresh air (CO2 goes up to 1600 in about 2-3 hours...) The other miss for us was the restaurant on the site: not much of a choice for food for breakfast, the eggs/omlette/scrambled eggs etc are to be asked for, tea/coffee also to ask, no lactose-free milk or yoghurt was available.

Location , new modern , comfortable and staff are nice the manager she was soo kind and nice .

Brand new hotel with a clean and modern room, in a convenient location, a five minute walk from the train station, and five minutes to the duomo. The double-paned windows did a great job keeping out the noise from the busy street outside. The water pressure was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast (where the friend eggs I had were cooked perfectly).

The room was very small. There was only enough space to open two carry-on sized bags but not larger. It would really be nice to have room for a couple comfortable area chairs or a small sofa. We were there for only one night so it was fine. I would definitely come back for a trip of only one or two nights but probably not longer, unless I was willing to pay for a larger room.

the staff were great, the room is large and really nice, much better in person than the pictures. the location is good but about a 7 minute walk from the main tourist things, but for me i liked it even more bc i didnt mind the walk and less tourists comparatively. they have surprisingly good scrambled eggs and made it without dairy for me.

the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it doesnt even have anyone who opens the front door, which is kind of heavy.

I had the best experience at Floren Luxury Hotel. I've booked other hotels that claimed to be luxury but Floren Luxury Hotel lived up to this title and then some! The moment I entered the hotel I was greeted warmly by all the staff. My luggage was sent immediately to my room before my check in was even completed. I was walked to the bar area for a non alcoholic welcome drink and was also provided some snacks to go with the beverage. I was escorted to my room aswell and given an overview of the hotel amenities, etc. The location of this hotel is OUTSTANDING!!! Floren Hotel is within walking distance to major attractions and so many restaurants. The train station, if that is your means of travel is a stones throw away. My room was very clean and smart tech equipped. My cell phone was not working when arrived and for majority of my trip but the Floren provides a smart phone equipped with data as if it was my personal phone, I was able to browse the internet, search for restaurants, set a wake up alarm, etc. There was complimentary water, as well as some more welcome cookies and candy and they also provided water for tea. Icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast with eggs made to order...I will definitely book with them again.

Absolutely, no complaints about my stay. I will need to book a room with a view next time but the room I stayed in had a lot of light.

The position is very central and the building has been recently renovated. The rooms are beautiful.

The reception/hall is very sacrificed in that little corner. The presence of the cafeteria is puzzling to me, it has a poor offer and takes space from an area that should be used to welcome the guests and provide a place to spend their time while in the hotel. Your should really get rid of it.

A beautiful and well-designed hotel with super attentive, friendly, and kind staff. Location is also really convenient, if you are arriving by train (just a few minutes from the station). The rooms were decorated very tastefully (loved the bathrooms!). Breakfast was also a positive surprise, with a wide variety of foods. All-in-all a great experience, and I can highly recommend staying at Floren Hotel for your trip to Florence.

Every thing about this hotel was so good , its new and in the center few steps from train station and honestly every thing is great in the hotel compare to all the other hotel with thousands previews from guests !!!it’s a honest recommendation to any one will visit the pretty Florence to book in this hotel

Everything was just great. Personally I would have loved to find a place for massage when I arrived off long flight..But I was aware of this property didn't have that option before I booked and decided it was fine without access to spa. But it's something I usually would look for when traveling. But it did not deter from my experience..
