We initially thought we had booked a room but were pleasantly surprised to receive an apartment instead. I would definitely book this place again. The terrace is outstanding, even larger than what the pictures suggest. Interestingly, the hotel opposite offers similar views from their terrace, but it's shared and more costly. The hotel, set in an old building, exudes a very authentic Florentine charm and offers ample space. Its location is excellent, with most tourist attractions easily accessible on foot. Just a 30-second walk away, you'll find an exceptional wine bar, the most popular and amazing restaurant in Florence, and a quirky bar serving good beer. At the top of the street, another road is lined with restaurants and bars, though these tend to be pricier than if you turn right out of the door. The cathedral is just a five-minute walk away."

The location was great. The unit was clean and spacious.

The picture showed different sofa beds. It was actually very hard uncomfortable futons.

Hotel located in the historical center. Well located. Close to everything. We were at the Junior Suite with terrace - top floor. The room has multiple levels (steps separate the spacious bedroom, lounge - with another TV, bathroom and kitchen nook). Lift available to top floor. Friendly reception. They offered a map and tips where to go for sites, restaurants, best ice cream (all are good!). Kitchen had espresso coffee machine, juice and snacks available for breakfast.

The street where the hotel is located looks a bit dodgy but, like all the big places in Italy, just be mindful with your stuff.

Fantastic location, nice and clean, well equiped kitchen, good wifi and fantastic staff who were very helpful. Quick walk into the main part of town, we enjoyed our stay, a lot!

We booked an apartment and we thought that it had a washing machine but it didn’t. It’s ok because there was a laundromat 5 min walk away

The room was spotless and lovely and cool. There was minimal fuss or noise and the location of the property xpuld not have been better. The bus station/train station amd a carrefour supermarket here within a 5/10 minute walk. The Duomo square was 10-15 mins the other way and everywhere was easy to find.

They were digging up the road outside of the apartment and it stunk. Thankfully not inside of our appointment tho, just outside and in the hallway. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotels.

Enjoyed the facilities here, had crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as cooktop and microwave. Each morning a basket of goodies was refilled, it had an amazing variety of cakes, tarts, dry biscuits,condiments and juice.Very unexpected but absolutely appreciated. Bed was large and very comfy. Location was good, easy walking to most attractions and close to station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Heating was for whole floor and some people in other rooms turned it up of a night making it very warm. Bathroom door did not close properly, guess it’s an old building so these things happen. Area around station seemed a little dodgy at times, not the accommodations fault but just a warning.

The place was located in a really nice area with lots of cute shops and places to eat, but also tucked away on a quieter street. Our room window faced a cute garden. The building and decor were absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. We also received complimentary snacks and juice each day, which was a really sweet touch. The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful. Alex in particular gave us a lot of great recommendations for things to do, see and eat around the city. On our last day, we had a transportation issue and Alex took the time to help us find a solution. He was so wonderful! The entire stay was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again:)

Location is perfect, lively and in centre. Just 5 min walk from sm novella station . Appartment was very clean and spacious (enough for 4 adults) with all essential requirements in the house. Lady at the desk (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful and sweet. Elevator was the cherry on the cake.

Nothing that we didn't like it....

We loved the location as it was an easy walk from the Santa Maria Novella Station. It was a quirky apartment in an old world building. We felt extremely safe in an area that we had read was not the safest area. Mateo on reception was the perfect person to orient us to Florence and gave us great tips on where to go to find everything on our wishlist, even where to get the best gelato! As travellers carrying only cabin sized luggage for a long trip, we loved the fact that there was a washing machine.

The size of the lift! but that can't happen and we survived just fine!

The location in the city was fantastic. A quick walk to the train station and to the tram to the airport. All scenic places in walking distance, but nevertheless a quiet hotel. We had a very nice spacious room with many amenities like coffee, tea, juice, and different biscuits.

On the first floor, the water pressure was rather weak. The rain shower was like washing your hair in the rain.
