One particular member of staff asked me to move my seat while I was enjoying the rooftop to let a bigger crowd sit where I was sitting. It was a fair request and I was due to leave anyways but the way he asked wasn’t very polite, he essentially told me to move rather than requesting, and made me feel even more on my own than I already did feel. I was a solo traveller feeling out of place up there with everyone sitting in crowds and me on my own.

Nice hotel, much better than the one in Bologna. The rooftop bar has a great view although drink options aren't great. Easy check in and out. Close to the train station and not a long walk to the Duomo.

Need a bit of maintenance, few things not working quite right and wasn't the cleanest room but not an issue. Also a very odd layout, we had to walk through multiple doors to get to our room but again not an issue.

Staff were very helpful, rooftop area was fantastic, the area was a ten minute walk from the train station and only fifteen to the centre. Whole hotel was very clean and room spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

It was very modern and fresh with a lot of facilities to avail from.

The lift situation was a little annoying they take a awhile to come. Also the room was not cleaned during our stay we never got fresh towels

I loved the room, the bed and the bathroom, very comfortable. The pool and the view are fantastic. Breakfast was really good. I loved the design of the place. It's a little far from the city center but it's only 15 min walk.

I didn't like that the hotel store has political posters, they should keep things design only - no need to push agenda.

It’s s good hotel to stay especially for a longer period of time. They have a good breakfast, commin kitchen, I think one can cook there his meals, laundry room which is free to use, rooftop terrace with a view and a bar! And a pool on the rooftop, but it was under renovation when we stayed there. People working there, all very very nice and friendly

It is located near busy roads, so thete is always transport noise, tram noise. And windows are not soundproof at all

The price is quite competitive for a hotel of this level in Florence, and I would especially recommend it for younger travelers. The location is central, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the tram station and a 10-minute walk to Montelungo Square, where many tours begin. The neighborhood feels safe, even late at night. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a coffee machine, kettle, good lighting, and a desk suitable for work. The duvet is cozy, and the toilet is spotless. The overall vibe of the room is cozy and appealing, particularly for younger guests. The hotel has a chic style and a great atmosphere, complemented by efficient, hassle-free check-in technology. The staff are really friendly and informative, adding to the positive experience.

The noise insulation from the street could be improved, and I could not get the air-conditioning to work. However, since I stayed during colder weather, this wasn’t a major issue. The Wi-Fi was generally good, but I was unable to access some online gaming sites.

There is a nice pool, gym with different equipment, roof top is great, the view is amazing, one can enjoy the sunset. The service and hospitality was very good. It is a very clean hotel, spacious room. The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and young. At service desk helped with everything we needed. There are a lot of space areas in hte hotel, the garden is beautiful. This is a Concept hotel. The hotel suggests even workshops. For people who plan to take a side trip or go to the Outlet Mall, there is a bus stop just 8 minutes walking.

A really nice hotel only about 15 minute walk from the main cathedral in Florence. The hotel is really modern and ideal for a young couple or even a group of friends staying in Florence for a few nights. The pool is also really nice and offers a brilliant view of Florence. The rooms are a good size, not too big and not too small. We got the breakfast included in our stay which I would highly recommend, a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were also really good and helpful. Very good value for money and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Social Hub was in a great location, only a 15 mins walk to Piazza Del Duomo and a 10 mins walk to the main train station. I arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight in Pisa and the reception staff were so friendly upon my arrival and were expecting me which was so nice. The room was spotless and spacious with a good AC and lots of towels, etc in the bathroom. There is a safe, mini-fridge and hairdryer in the room also. The shared spaces are excellent with ping-pong tables and lots of nice seating areas also. The rooftop pool and bar were fab, with a panoramic view of the city. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller and the staff were really welcoming, I will definitely stay here again in the future.
