As an apartment run by a hotel, there were no extras like paper towels, salt, coffee, etc. that you will find in other types of rentals.

Very charming. Felt like home. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of room. Lovely living and dining area. Got a quiet country atmosphere even though we were within walking distance to the train station and city center. Very well maintained and stylish. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful concierge. Perfect location. Nice bathroom. Ergonomic but also charmingly quaint. Loved it. Will definitely return to stay, if we can get a booking!

Nothing to dislike at all. The bath soaps were plastic satchets that could not be opened without a pair of scissors. Luckily we had brought soap. It would be nice if they provided soap, shampoo on the wall, like many hotels do. There was no paper towel in the kitchen. It is quite possible that the concierge would have provided these if we had gone over and asked but we were too busy enjoying Florence! 😊

The property is centrally located and is very well maintained. It is spacious and good fit for family of 4-5. All the attractions are within walking distance. Lot of good restaurants nearby and supermarket is also at a walking distance. You can easily walk from the central station in 10 mins.

The overall apartment is of good size for a family of 4. I like the bathroom/toilet the best as it is of good size with shower cubicle that will not splash out water so keeping the floor dry. It comes with top and another removable shower hose. Location is good as you just need to walk straight from the train station for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the apartment. You need to collect the key from the hotel beside the apartment when checking in and it went well smoothly. The double bed is king size bed which is comfortable.

Wifi is weak and can only be used in the living room. The master bedroom aircon is not working. It didn't bother me as our room temperature is ok during March. Need to take note if you are going during very cold or hot weather. Kitchen utensils are not too good/complete if you like to cook. The 2 pans are scratched and old. There is no chopping board. However, there is at least a conventional oven to do baking.

Excellent location. Easy remote check in process. spacious rooms and bathroom. Good sized fridge and full cooktop and oven. Good to have a washing machine.

Kitchen utensils were few and some broken. Blunt knife and no wine glasses.

We took the apartment. Perfect, spacious. Comfortable beds, clean. Good enough to live there for the rest of your life. Located in the city center, every attraction within walking distance. The staff is helpful and generous. At your disposal any time. Friendly people, feels like family. Perfect. Simply perfect.

Lovely large appartment in historical building, lot of old world charm, the lift should probably be in a museum but totally adds to the charm. Location great 10 mins walk to David museum near to some lovely restaurants and 10 mins to Central Market /food Hall. Would stay here again

Close to main train station and city center. Clean apartment with a balcony. Helpful staff.

Wi-fi should be better. Had problems to get signal in bedrooms but in living room it is ok. And the shower cabin is a little bit small.

Location, proximity to Santa Maria, Novella train station and the tram. Close walking distance to Duomo, Ufizzi gallery and many other highlights to see in Florence
