First and foremost - staff is just great. We have stayed there for few days and everyone we've met was just fantastic. Reception people, breakfast people, barman, cleaning team - all are most helpful, friendly and nice. There's also a dog "working" at the office, you might get a glimpse of it if you are lucky, one very good hotel worker it is. The hotel area is so pretty, it has few sitting rooms, which are very classy and picturesque- so if you are Instagram enthusiast, this is your place. Our room was large (triple room), bathroom was massive and chic. Rooftop area is lovely but I didn't get to spend much time there-we visited during winter time. Even the staircases were beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed the place and will surely be coming back, should I visit Florence again.

Breakfast could have a tad more options (gets a bit dull when you stay long); We didn't manage to get AC working on cold mode (winter time) and should you get noisy neighbors- you'll hear them (might be the issue of adjoining room only). Also, there is not much of storage space in the room. But we were 3 persons staying few days in winter- we had a lot of stuff :)

The room was clean and stylish, I especially appreciated that you could keep the Aircon on but turn the lights showing the temperature, function etc. off so it didn't keep me awake at night. Breakfast had a good range, I'd say it would be easier to offer guests coffee when they sat down as everyone including me tended to order an espresso or cappuccino rather than use the filter coffee. Great location, easy walking distance to everything in the city.

I kept getting lost on the stairs, trying to find the roof terrace so slightly clearer signage would help

Staff was excellent especially the lovely gentleman who is the breakfast manager. I’m sorry I don’t know his name but he is excellent. The staff at the front desk were all great too. I had food poisoning (NOT from the hotel) and the staff allowed us to check out a bit late and spend the rest of the day resting in the roof top garden until our flight. Excellent service and beautiful roof top garden. Beautiful main rooms and hotel room as well. Loved it. Great breakfast, although better Covid protocol would be great. (Maybe even just signs telling people to use utensils instead of their hands to touch the food to remind people) Would definitely stay here again.

The shower smelled REALLY bad if we didn’t keep the fan on constantly. Beautiful big shower though!

Good location. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites and lots of cafés, restaurants, etc nearby. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable, possibly a little small. Tasteful decor and and relaxed, fun atmosphere in the hotel bar.

Could be a bit more attentive to sustainability and environmental issues by using refillable dispensers for shampoos, soaps, etc. Give guests the option to reuse their towels rather than systematically change them daily. It's all in the little gestures...

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel! It was charming, the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was wonderful. This was our favorite of the ten others we stayed while traveling. The location is right in the middle of everything and made the stay very convenient.

The only thing I would mention is the beds are very firm, which seems consistent with the other hotels we stayed at, but we prefer a bit softer mattress

The property is absolutely excellent, really comfortable. And the terrace alone kicks the entire experience up a notch. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious, but we only wished the AC worked more!!

The internet could be a bit spotty, and we wish the AC worked better. The fresh pastries at the breakfast buffet were fabulous but the rest was all pretty gross - juice from concentrate!! In Italy, where we're surrounded by fresh oranges!!

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely rooftop views and nice rooms. Good breakfast and nice bar.
