This hotel is very centrally located in Florence; you can walk to Churches, restaurants, shopping and the train station. The elevator up to the 4th floor is tiny. We had a room with a nice modern bathroom and one full/queen sized bed and 2 twin beds on either side.

Be sure you note the WhatsApp emergency number for the front desk in case there is a problem with the power, because you will lose AC, water pressure and WiFi. The issue was resolved quickly. Also be aware that the front desk has hours of service so be sure you know what to do if you are arriving late or have to leave very early.

Everything was good, the owner was very kind. We arrived in the morning and left our luggage at the reception, when we came back they were already in our room waiting for us :D We had a shower inside our room and the WC was right next to our room, very convenient. There's also a vending machine for coffee and snacks, very useful for us who got up very early in the morning and there's not much going on outside.

The room was exactly how it was listed, complete with all the amenities. It wasn't too hard to locate, just a little tricky because it's actually situated at the top floor of a building that from the outside looks like another hotel. Otherwise, the location was PERFECT. We barely used the bus (only once!), and it's within walking distance from the train station which was very very convenient. The staff was very nice and responsive to our requests.

We had an issue with our air conditioner during our stay, but the staff was very responsive and replaced the unit all together which was pretty cool!

The stay was excellent value for money! The room had been partially renovated, with the bathroom being completely modernized and spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of many key monuments, restaurants, and attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area.

The only downside was that after check-out, we couldn’t leave our luggage at reception for as long as we wanted—luggage storage was only available until 17:00. While not a major issue, it would have been more convenient to have flexible storage options for later hours.

Room had what we needed with beds and bathrooms. Very quiet once the window was shut. Good location to everything and very clean

Getting in! It not a hotel! It’s a few rooms on the fourth floor and very poor labelling on where it is and how to gain access to the rooms if you miss the office people. A couple of simple signs would clear all ambiguity up for late travellers. Oh and don’t worry about the sketchy elevator. It actually works!

The property has an amazing location close to the central station and relatively close to all the major attractions in the city. Our room was small but cozy, the sink and bathroom were clean, there was hot water. The shared toilet was right next to our room but there was no disturbance, nor we had to wait for anyone. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing, wide spoken, friendly and really helpful. If you ever get the opportunity to visit Florence, this is definitely a great spot. There is also a 24/7 vending machine in the corridor with cheap drinks.

We had no complaints.

Location is good. Near to the Florence centrale. Staff is friendly. They allowed us to put our luggages before check-in and after check out. Room had balcony. Room size is big enough.

Thanks. Room was cosy and comfy. Staff was very helpfull. We lef our bacpacks at the reception before check in. And we quit hotel to visit the city. Reseptionist put them to our room at check in time. So when we were back our backpacks were in the room.

The Hotel Aline totally met our expectations: Great location, quiet, comfortable room, clean, with our own shower. It has a working elevator. Our room had a small balcony with a clothesline and a few pegs.

Walking distance from city center. Allowed us to leave our luggages before check-in time. Helpful staff; we broke one of they keys and they replaced it immediately.

The ensuite shower was not helpful, at least for me, since I was travelling with a friend. They don't accept credit card to pay for the city tax.
