Everithing, from a great breakfast, to a nice pool, to the location, to the space and design of the room, for sure a place to return when ever possible. Our room was like an old mill, it looks awesome, it was HUGE, with a super big and well equiped kitchen. The bathroom was bid and had the toilet separated, big plus There was a nice bancony, share with everyine, but somehow still intimate Breakfast super diverse Pool was big enough for all guests, with enough sunbeds and umbrelas

The 2nd bed could be more confortable, it is a couch opened, identical to any italian one :) soooo, you know the pain if you used one, aside this small thing, all was perfect This is not a bad thing, but more a nite for any visitor, not just here, but anywere in italy, keep in mind, good restaurants have a strict program, so make sure you make reservations and do not get in their time off

The breakfast was really good and had different choices representing different cultures. The views were spectacular. The grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was great but very cold. We felt like we were in a safe area. We met 2 other people traveling and we would sit outside at the tables in the evenings and talk about our day and they gave us some great pointers about taking scenic driving routes, which were very much enjoyed. Very authentic accommodations and highly recommended.

The parking. The shower in our loft didn’t drain well at all so we just showered downstairs.

- service is lovely, we checked in a little later (8pm) and were escorted to the villa by the owner, who was so helpful. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and very cheery - it’s gorgeous. When you think “Tuscan villa”, I can’t imagine a place that fits the bill more - price for value. It’s in a great area, all self-contained, roomy, clean, beautiful views and full breakfast included -contrary to some other reviews, getting to the villa isn’t that hard if you call before hand. We were given the option of checking in at the villa or the hotel down the road, escorted to the property, allowed to drop our bags nearby the door and then go round to the parking. It was all really clear and well communicated.

- don’t expect it to be full of mod-cons. As the description suggests, it’s a 16th century restoration, not the latest in design or modernity. The bathroom is very small, you don’t have common standard additions like charging ports etc. Fully functional nonetheless. - the soundproofing isn’t amazing- being on the bottom floor, we were often at the mercy of how loud our upstairs neighbouring guests chose to be when they traipsed up at down the stairs and around their apartment late at night -the breakfast isn’t first class, but it’s still a substantial offering to get you going for the day

Lovely pool area for relaxing, great location for reaching Florence (using public transport with Incisa train station nearby), gelateria and Medici Osteria restaurant nearby were fabulous! 👌🏼 Staff very friendly and breakfast was decent and fresh.

The apartment was a bit dark and the mattress on the one bed was quite thin although didn’t cause any back pain issues luckily.

We booked the superior studio apartment and were extremely happy with our stay at Relais Villa Belvedere. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful with plenty of surrounding outdoor space, a pool which we enjoyed on a warm afternoon and plenty of parking. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided in the terrace area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay.

Feels like you are in the country even though you are not. Pool area and landscape is lovely. Breakfast is very nice quality and selection

We stayed in a studio room at top of the tower. It was very warm at night. Air conditioning not the best. Bathroom was not connected to this room. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with lovely outdoor seating and nice views of Tuscan countryside. Staff were extremely hospitable and always smiley :) location is perfect for train, bus or car into Florence and wider Chianti region. Room was comfortable with good cooking facilities and beautiful bedroom view. Included breakfast had variety of options and barista style coffee on offer.

Pool wasn’t open until 15th of May so we just missed out :(

The location and size was amazing and the staff there were lovely and treated our kids really nice. Good breakfast option for all.

When we first arrived the apartment was a bit dusty especially the attic but once we informed them they cleaned it and it was fine then.

The grounds, pool and views are lovely and peaceful. Our room in the tower was as it looks in the pictures and is very nice. Great coffee machine with pods and a cute little kitchen. The washing machine is in its own service area. Parking was good for the motorbike right in front of us. Cars park further away in a more secluded area near the pool and use a different entrance. We had 3 nights and enjoyed walking into town, taking the train to Florence, which was simple enough, even though we had to change trains in Figline Vardorno to get into Florence as our initial train was cancelled. Be aware that Florence train station is very busy, but easy to walk to the main tourist areas. Turn left as you leave the main doors. Everything is easy to fine in Incisa town, just keep walking downhill. Surprisingly there is a public lift part of the way down. We enjoyed the town and the restaurants as it was different from previous areas we had stayed in.

The air con was a bit noisy and the shower is narrow.

Amazing location with spacious room, restroom and dinning/kitchenette. Clean, quiet and private. It is quite elegant and the garden is precious.

The only thing that was inconvenint was the loose gravel pathway you have to pull your luggage through. You can't park you car near the rooms so if you have to pull large suitcases the wheels don't roll very well over loose gravel.
