The location is just 10 mins walk from the Florence Central (SMN) Train Station and in a walkable distance to almost all major tourist attractions in the city. The room we were offered was super good, with a beautiful balcony facing the beauty of Florence terraces. The bathroom was comparatively bigger than the normal hotels in the same range and was really clean and tidy. While checking out, we met the receptionist named Elias, who was a very friendly guy and offered us coffees from their cafe at the site and refused to charge us for the coffee. Overall, I loved the place and would highly recommend it..

Everything was perfect, but if I had to point out something, I would mention the city tax being collected as cash payment only. It would have been better if there is an option for paying by card.

For the price (~€300/night), the apartment was disappointing. It lacked basics like water glasses and a kettle. The bathroom was small and outdated, and the space overall was cramped, with no storage or towel racks. It was cold at night, and although there were two AC units, there was no remote or way to control the temperature. Not sure if this applies to all units, but ours didn’t match the price point in terms of comfort or service.

a convenient location, very close to the train station. it's so close to the train station, that I once booked a connecting train ticket, which has a connection at the Firenze SMN station for 45 minutes. In the morning I checked out but left my bags in the hotel, and went on to my trip; when coming back, I took the connecting train, use the connection time to go out of the station, pick up the bags, then go back to the station to continue my journey with plenty of time left. Staff is very friendly.

Room was spacious and mostly very quiet. I slept well and was comfortable. They let me leave my luggage for the rest of the day after I checked out. Aircon worked well. Room was clean. Bathroom was a good setup - i had an en-suite room

The floor boards in the room above me were audible, but as the person above me was only awake at reasonable hours, this wasn’t an issue.

Well located in a walking distance from train station and historical city centre. Staff were kind and friendly, good lounge space and comfortable room. I recommend this place as a good option in Florence.

Walls are thin so it can be noisy, but I have managed to sleep. Also the window of my room was located above their internal smoking area so I couldn't let it open otherwise the smell of cigarette was all over the room. Would be better if they didn't allow people to smoke in the internal courtyard.

The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and all of the common areas were cleaned to an outstanding level every day. When you book 1st class in trains, you often need hard copies printed to show your reservation. I would receive the email from Rail Europe and forward it to the hotel and the staff immediately printed it for me. The front desk staff and the maid who cleans the building makes this a desirable place to stay in the city of Florence Italy.

I couldn't get the safe to accept a password. The TV didn't work.

Great location that's a short walk away from many attractions in Florence. The staff were friendly and helped us with any questions. Cleaning was done every day and very hygienic. Comfortable beds, big rooms. Outside is a busy street but if you shut the windows you won't hear it.

If there was one thing I didn’t like about the property it was that you could hear slamming doors in the hallway as people would come in and out at various times of the day/night

The only thing I didn't like is something they can't control... The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated to very hot then back to the desired temperature. Otherwise, everything was great
