Location was near the train station, Mercato Centrale with multiple food options, and walkable to main attractions of florence. Room was clean and comfortable as well. Air conditioning was not provided during our stay in October due to the weather which was alright given the temperature.

The TV remote was ?lost/not available. While there is a 24h reception available, the hotel requires guests to leave their keys with reception when we leave - convenient for us as we had one less thing to carry/worry about losing, but not sure how safe it may be if a stranger decides to retrieve keys for your room at reception given there was no need for identity verification

I really liked the staff's approach. Their guidance helped me find good restaurants and discover important places to visit in a short time since I was there for a conference. The location is perfect—every important place is within walking distance, and there are several restaurants on the same street. The room was good; the bed, water, towels, and soaps were all sufficient to meet my needs.

The only issue was that the hairdryer stopped working after a few minutes. However, since I had my own, I forgot to report it. Another issue is the lack of extra space where you can speak freely whenever needed. For example, I had to wake up around 6:30 in the morning to talk on the phone with my kids before they left for school, but I ended up disturbing both the personnel who was taking a nap in the nearby area and the people in the nearby rooms, as they were very close to the coffee area. They might need to consider this need, especially if multiple guests require a quiet space for calls. I personally needed one because I didn’t want to disturb my roommate early in the morning. There is no breakfast, but it might be better if there was.

Very well located hotel in Florence, between the station and the cathedral square, we could everywhere on feet. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The possibility to use common areas was also very nice. Staff was kind!

It's a detail but I found a bit weird/micromanaging that the guests could not use the coffee machine by themselves in the morning and had to ask staff to press a button.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Nice room and bathroom. It was at the back of hotel. No street noise. I had a balcony with a view of the Duomo roof which was special.

The information advised rooms were soundproofed. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hall doors were quite loud when being closed or maybe by other inconsiderate guests slamming their doors hard. However there was no late night noise after 11pm. There was no tea/coffee facility in room but there is a room by the reception to get coffee/breakfast.

Great location with easy access to tourist sites, transport hubs, markets, restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Ensuite room spotlessly clean. Lovely confortable bed.

We liked everything. It was as we expected and we were very happy. We enjoyed our short break very much.

If you’re staying for a night or two it’s not bad. Staff were very friendly and gave good instructions on check-in/out. The rooms were quite comfortable as well.

We walked past the building because we couldn’t tell if the place was open or not. There’s no clear entrance aside from the sign that wasn’t turned on at night. If you arrive after midnight they close the doors and you have to be buzzed in so careful not to think you got scammed or something if you struggle to find it

Great location for exploring Florence by foot. Nice bathroom. Clean tidy room. Good sized mini fridge for multiple bottles of water and snacks. Just a few meters away from Osteria Il Basilico, Mercato Centrale, Pizza San Lorenzo.

A small tea kettle would have been nice.

The hotel has a wonderful location, close to the railway station and to the center of the city. Easy to find. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The single room is basic but exceptionally clean. Nice bathroom and a small fridge.

The only minus is that you hear absolutely everything from the corridor and the next room.

Great location, air conditioner, clean room. In addition, we got free coffee and tasty snacks in the morning. Staff members are friendly and helpful and we felt welcomed. We will definitely visit this hotel again for our next trip to Florence.

We reserved room with two single beds but got one double bed. It was not a problem for us but maybe other group of friends would be confused

Excellent location, close to the train station and a short walk to major attractions (Academia, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Galery.... ) shops and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff is very pleasant, and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
