I chose this location for my birthday and I stayed 2 nights. 🥳 What can I say?? I fell in love with this amazing suite. Everything is wonderful ✨, from the design of the room and reception and lobby to the usage of it... ( clean and in order to satisfy every need - water, coffee and tea ) At first, when you entry the building you don't even think about the inside of it... And then.. you discover a new Universe of luxury but you know, a really good one, not so flashy, just PERFECT with touches of jungle ( of course ) and gold 😍 ( really good taste of design - that's how I would do my house one day ) I was really impressed about this property.. I think is the most beautiful and clean and cozy from my life ! I am soooo glad that I chose to stay here for my birthday ! Everythins was F A B U L O U S !!! 💓 P.S. I didn't take the breakfast from there, yet I am sure that is pretty good ! They will also give you recommendations of places 🫶🏼 10 mins walk to the heart of the center Really quiet area

Our stay at Velona’s Jungle Suites was faultless-from the moment we walked in we were in heaven. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the design of the hotel is incredible. We were blown away at the level of care and attention to detail. Our suite was beautiful with great amenities, thick fluffy towels, very comfortable bed, block out curtains and very quiet. All the recommendations for restaurants, shopping & things to visit were perfect. Thank you so much Moda, Benedetta and the rest of the team for making our first visit to Florence wonderful- we will definitely be back!

I loved the decor and design of the place. Also, the customer service was superb. Alessandro was vey friendly and helped me map out m time while in Florence. The breakfast was tailored to my needs and was delicious. I felt comfortable, slept well, and was accommodated as much as I could be. I will definitely return to Velona's Jungle Luxury suites.

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. Away from city centre (~15mins) but we didn’t mind that at all! This was a great retreat from the chaos after a long day of walking. Room was equipped with mini bar and water is provided (which you never see!). Bathroom was gorgeous as well with nice rainfall shower. Umbrellas came in handy when we were there! Neighbourhood felt safe to walk around in and lots of restaurants around the area. Veronica, her husband and the entire staff were just absolutely wonderful! They provided a personal touch and helped make your stay in the city as perfect as possible. We will definitely stay here again!

The hosts were exceptionally knowledgeable about their loca area and offered many recommendations which we tried and all were fantastic (from food to museums to shopping and places to walk). The hotel is directly next to the Tram line which goes to the main Santa Maria Novella rail station and from the hotel most things are a 15-30 minute walk (if you're good on your feet). Room was lovely and clean and the balcony was a nice place to relax (we had the Cousteau room) and get some fresh air. We did not have the breakfast in our price but there are really reasonable breakfast places nearby (cafe Gamberini a 10 min walk away has sit in and take away) Before we got to the hotel when the booking was confirmed the hosts give a list of recommendations for food. Definitely book your evening meal restaurants because queues can be long for places! The hosts also sent a WhatsApp with pictures and directions to the hotel which are good help for finding it as it is within a block of flats. Drinks frindge available so can store own drinks but also the room ones were complimentary and topped up daily. Room had water and a kettel with tea and coffee too. (Only "downside" if you have long hair or thick hair then the hairdryer provided with the room will take a very long time to dry as not very powerful so would bring your own) Definitely recommend this hotel and if we return to Florence this is the place we will look to stay.

Rooms and the Staff are the best part of this Sray. Rooms are so well designed it feels like you are on a Holiday. Reception of this is also we'll designer it's just Beautiful. All the Staff are very Good and Helpful. Especially Benedatta she helped us to go around Firenze, she suggested us a very good restaurant which was very Close to the Hotel. Location of the Hotel is also very good its just next to the Tram Station.

We were charged 40 Euros for Late Checkin, I personally felt it was very high.

Velona’s Jungle Suites is full of surprises. Every room and every corner show all the dedication which went into establishing this secret treasure with all its little thoughts to details. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. This place gives you the perfect location to spend some time in busy Firenze. Take advantage to get all the details and the story behind from the marvelous hosts Veronica & Alessandro and their team. Their tips for Firenze are the best. We really enjoyed the time and we will for sure come back soon!

Came to Florence to finish off our trip to Italy, and this hotel was the perfect spot for this city; an elegant, artsy boutique hotel. Everything from the design to comfort to communication and cleanness was absolutely terrific. It is just a short walk from the city center and 7 min from the train station.

Would have been good to know that tax fees would be charged in the end either in cash or with credit card but only if you're around when the reception is open, so just be sure to have some extra cash to leave if you are going to check out after hours.

Staff and owner of this property are the best, friendly, helpful. Room we stayed at is very nice with the best rain shower. If you are not afraid to walk 15 min to the old part of Venice book without any hesitation! They served breakfast to your room and I will be missing my morning croissants back home. Special thanks to the owner who is the sweetest lady always ready to help.

The hotel was amazing it exceeded my expectations... the decorations the room were absolutely beautiful 😍 the oweners were very nice and helpful and their recommendations were great... the location was excellent... this was really an award end of my trip to Italy.. definitely coming back😍
