Best place for solo trip if you're looking for a reasonable price :D Staff cleans the room everday.at first when i got into my room the smell was not that good but i opened my window when i went out so it's fine.The bed is comfortable for me:D and the heater was strong i felt warm when i stayed in my room besides there's one washbasin in the room so it's more convenient because we need to use the bathroom with other people.The staffs were so kind and warm-hearted!!

Room floor has some noisy sounds when i was walking in my room and sound insulation was so bad(but actually it's not a very big problem for me because i took a pair of ear plugs)

Very good location, close to the city centre. There is a self check-in after certain time. All the instructions were given in a great way in a message around 24hrs prior the arrival. The instructions are clear and we had no issues to get into our room within like 2 minutes.

There is a restaurant under the accommodation so if you open the window, you can smell frying oil and the typical odour of a pub. In room n.11 which has it’s own bathroom, there is however one more toilet right next to the room nr. 11 so anytime someone uses this toilet, you can hear it. It was also leaking throughout the night so you can hear water flowing…

Location is great, walking distance from the city centre or a quick step from the tramline. While basic the rooms were clean and properly set up.

Price is still high for a room with shared bathroom but Florence in general is 😊

Close by train station, only 15 minute walking distance. Also close to historical centre about a 10 minute walk. Sink available in the room which really helps.

Since the bathrooms are shared they can get a bit messy but it is expected. The use of bleach to clean has a strong smell that it irritated my throat unfortunately.

I liked doing the check in before hand, this way you can just go directly to your room, no matter the hour you arrive. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the whole structure had good heating. The location is great, as it's located between the station and the city center.

The water temperature in the shower wasn't the best, it was just lukewarm. But the heating made the room warm, so it wasn't that bad. The vending machines are kind of expensive and there isn't a lot of variety. The WiFi comes and goes inside the room.

It is a very good place to stay for a few days as a dorm. There isn't much infrastructure, but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything is very clean, and the check-in info via email is very convenient.

I liked everything from the warm friendly welcome and great communication (thanks so much Daniele). Check-in was perfect and I appreciated being able to store my bags before the room was ready, and also after check-out. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was warm and homely. The location is perfect and close to railway station, tram to the airport and a great number of places you want to visit. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

-friendly staff -aircon -good sized sink area in bedroom -plugs next to bed -for shared bathrooms there were plenty available -coffee machine in the ‘breakfast room’ -internet worked well -the building is secure

-sadly other guests would refrain from flushing the toilet and putting towels away -the bed wasn’t comfortable -the breakfast room is pretty pointless. needs more breakfast options in the machines. Thankfully there was coffee and at a very cheap price. Maybe have a shared fridge option for it to function better?

The bed, location, easy access, clear instructions, the shower in the bedroom, the staff.

There's a useless computer, and I really needed one. The AC needs cleaning (deep cleaning).
