The area may seem odd, but it’s fantastic. You are close to everything, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Don't judge the hotel by the street; it is safe to walk around at any hour.

Suprisingly good hotel, I mean compare the price, you usually get only an apartment in Florence - AND the breakfast included! I read the room will be very small, but it was a very big room, with it's own bathroom as well. It has free wi-fi, bidet, Breakfast was very good, the provide us gluten free menu and soya milk. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, they sspeak in english very well. They stored our baggages in the next day until we finish shopping. It was a very pleasent experience. The hotel location also very nice, San Marco, and the Accademia just a couple of streets. I love to come back here at any time.

Things a bit run down. I mean the bed matrasse needs to change, and I relly don't understand if the bathroom is so tidy, why they let a very bad shape mirror on the wall. If they change it will be elevate the room looks very easily without much money. The floor feel also uneven, I really don't know why, never experience like this. But for this price who cares these smalll problems.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Florence near all the main sights, yet there is a large inexpensive parking lot (15€/day) 700 meters away. It was very convenient and practical.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Florence with my family and had a wonderful experience. The owners were amazing and the location was perfect - just a 10-minute walk to the dome and surrounded by many cute restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I particularly appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very friendly staff. Very pleasant, cosy facilities. Well thought through with a fridge for guests use. That was really smart in 36 degree weather!.

The airco was noisy but extremely pleasant nonetheless

The location was great you can walk to the main attractions, the train station is 6 minutes away by bus and you walk couple of minutes to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic

we weren’t traveling too light, and they are located in a second floor, so we have to climb the stairs with our luggage. however, once we checked out we could leave our bags in the reception . during the morning it can be a little noisy , but it is better to start your day early

It's close to the city center. It has very good air conditioning system in the room. They let you eave your languages after the check out in the other property just around the corner.

Pretty out dated.

The hotel was in good location. I was able to cover most of the area I wanted. The room was pretty neat and clean what I always expect when I am staying in a hotel room.

The toilet flash wasn't working properly. There was no any window where I can get a view. There was a window, but with that one, I can only see another window :(.

The room was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 15 year old daughter. The included breakfast was great with coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, etc. The location was good. walkable to pretty much all the attractions. Nandu was great and helped us with all our needs such as showing us on the map how to get places, calling us a taxi for a family wedding and helping me out when I lost my wallet. great place to stay in Florence that’s clean and has breakfast, nothing fancy but comfortable.

bathroom was small but it was in our room (private bathroom).

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are great, clean, and have AC.

The shared kitchen with microwave and kettle are only available from 8am to 8pm which leaves no time to use them if you have a tight schedule as we did.
