The location was perfect, 15 minutes and we were in the center. the room was very spacious. Everything was cleaned perfectly. The girl who checked us in was very nice and welcoming as well. Overall, great value for money.

Sadly, the wifi was not working for us and there was no strong signal for the phone network inside the room. this made it a bit hard. Additionally, the radiator was leaking and the sound was annoying a bit, but it was not a big deal.

Great location. Quiet.

We had keys for the 3 doors that required locking which worked well. However when we were leaving to catch our cab for the airport,after we had locked the doors there were locked iron gates across the downstairs hallway that we we’re not informed about. It took us 10 minutes to figure how to get out of the building and no one around at 0315hr to help us. We were 2 minutes from missing our booked cab and could have missed our flight. For anyone in the same situation the light switch on the wall to the left opens the gate.

The room was in a quiet location north of the main tourist sites. It was well appointed with good wi-fi.

It was a cross between a hotel and an Air B&B on the first floor of a old building. The property was not easy to locate in the dark as there was a small label on a bell push amongst a row of others. Thankfully the lady in the shop next door confirmed I was in the correct place. I didn't go on holiday to watch TV but the one in the room did not work.

The location, the space and simplicity of the room. It had a perfect combination of antique and restored building. There was no noise inside the room nor the same floor. There was an electric kettle with some tea and toasts. There was elevator and A/C for the hot days. I left some clothes at the room and the host sent me a message of that. That was kind.

The little space to put away your clothes and baggage, and the bathroom, although it was nice, more soap and shampoo would be appreciated.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Location to attractions was great 10- 12 mins from city centre close to trams Close to food pubs and laundry

Bathroom was a really weird set up For me at just on 6 foot - I had to sit on the toilet sideways as shower screen was in the way

The staff was very accomadating and made sure everything was ready for us. We arrived a bit early at 1pm and they had the room already ready, so they just let us do the check in earlier. The room had everything you expect from a hotel room and had no problems.

It was a bit far from the center, not too much, but when walking long distances those extra 10 minutes kick in.

I loved everything. I am very familiar with Florence so the location may be “away” from the center for some, but it’s actually very close to many sites and walkable to the center and main station. The street is quiet and the building is clean. My room was perfect for a solo traveler - very comfortable and cozy and clean. The staff were really sweet and welcoming.

I wasn’t crazy about the view. This room looks onto the an open space in the middle of the apartment building block (like most Italian buildings have) that’s small and filled with debris. I suppose the air conditioner didn’t work so there was a movable one placed in the room that took up some space with a long tube that went out the window. Because of that I couldn’t close the window which made me a little nervous as technically, someone could see in or climb in.

This place was a real bargain. The spacious room with a tiled floor and a high ceiling had the feeling of old Florence. The receptionist was very nice. A kettle in the room made a lot of difference.

Given the price, nothing.

Clean, warm room, comfortable wide bed, windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. There was an electric kettle in the room, tea, toast and jam - perfect for breakfast.

We checked in late in the evening, in poor lighting we didn’t immediately find the right door, didn’t see the bell, but maybe fatigue was to blame.
