I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything you might need (both train station and touristic areas). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The services provided were of high quality, making my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place with full confidence!

Everything was excellent, maybe just a small improvement would be to provide a rubbish bin in the room.

The room we were given when we arrived was nothing like on the pictures. It was dark and gloomy. We asked to change the room. The new room was good but it was near the entrance and we had to listen to the doorbell all night long.

The location is perfect - you can get to the city centre on foot in 10/15 minutes.

The room itself was very clean, with a modernized bathroom that was spotless when we checked in. The property is a very quiet neighborhood that is far enough away from crowd noise but also not so far that you can’t walk to all of the major sites. Breakfast (Italian) was good, and all of the staff were very friendly and spoke English. The beds were extremely comfortable also.

Two things - For one, their WiFi was simply awful, don’t plan on getting any online work done if you happen to bring that with you. It dropped-off completely repeatedly and was slow when it was active. The other huge drawback, at least for our stay, was the hotel noise. The breakfast room is an actual restaurant at night, and the crowd noise from that was ridiculous until all hours of the night. Also, try to request that they not put you in either Room 102 (which we had) or 103, as you will literally be within 2-3 feet of the nighttime entrance door, which has to be slammed shut, and also features crowds of people coming back to the hotel very late at night.

very spacious and clean room for 4, loved the antiques in the room and throughout the hotel. staff was very helpful and friendly.

the front desk staff left at 9 and you had to use an after hour door which was fine , but I do prefer hotels that have a night staff..
