Excellent location in the countryside but super close to Scandicci and all its amenities and transport networks. My apartment had a little kitchen / fridge etc which was great because I stayed 5 nights for a busy course.

It is very close to the motorway - but this wasn’t a problem for me, you do t notice it after a while. The only this which I didn’t like was that my apartment was that I could hear noise from my neighbouring apartment through the adjoining doors - so it didn’t feel very private. I think there is the possibility of opening up the apartment to make it bigger, but since I was solo, I rented only one bedroom.

I stayed in the studio as I wanted to cook something on my arrival after a long day hiking and driving and it was ideal for this. There's a lovely coffee machine with some coffee pods too. The whole studio room is lovely, very clean and comfortable, the bathroom too, great shower. It is also great to stop on your way back to Pisa, a nice easy direct drive back, within one hour you are at the airport, and there is a great service station less than 15 minutes out to re-fuel if you are returning a car, 'Eni Station' (& Enicafe). The view from the studio room is divine.

It is on a flight path (and motorway) but there is no major or late night disturbance. There is nothing around, for anyone without a car it is not practical. There are steps up to the rooms for anyone with mobility issues, heavy baggage etc. None of these are bad things just things to note. On letting people in the electric gates it would be good to advise them on the intercom at this stage where to park and where to go.

Everything. Location, the property is amazingly well maintained, the views but overall the staff is so gentile and willing to help you. Giada and Edi are one of the kind...but also the rest of the personal (sorry I didn't take their names). A very pleasant stay.

A couple of minor details, the pillows and the towels need a renewal.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The pool was nice as well as the breakfast which includes fresh fruits and a variety of sweets. Location is good assuming that you have your own vehicle. The staff was also nice and willing to help. Safe parking with remote control inside the property.

Wifi wasn't stable in my room with many disconnections although it was perfect on the common areas as for example at the place of breakfast and at the pool. No mosquito net at the bathroom window and no working space in the room. Reception is not open 24 hours.

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots to choose from and the cakes were very fresh and homemade. Lots of juice and fresh cheese and meat available. Coffee was brought to our table as it was freshly made per cup. Lots of private spots to sit in comfortable lounge sets around the property. Romantic setting.

We stayed in the studio apartment. There was no little extras like other apartments we booked in Italy. The other place has coffee and sugar/tea in the room. Also only one big towel even though we are two guests in the room. It cost more for an extra towel?! The location had a highway which was unavoidable to hear even though the owner has done efforts to block it. As well the air traffic goes right over the property so it is quite loud when outside. The rooms themselves were quiet due to soundproofing. It is a shame because the property itself is stunning!! Lots of places to sit and relax and a beautiful pool.

We came already for the second time, the location, the house, the love of Anna & Team when taking care of this place and the guests: All these components made us enjoying another fantastic stay. We will definitely be back! Our secret place to explore Firenze and Toskana! It couldn´t be better! :))

Incredibly gorgeous, large Italian villa, in a gated and manicured landscape, well lit easy road access, ample parking, beautiful pool, terraces, walkways, many stairways, and its own fine-dining restaurant. All of it impeccably maintained. The room is decorated in a lovely manner, and spotless. Excellent communication in good English. 15 min ride to Park and Ride access to Firenze.

A serene, out of the way place surrounded by olive groves and with vistas of vineyards on the surrounding hills. If you don't mind driving a tiny winding country lane, which I loved, this place is for you. Another boon was the nearby Villa Costanza park and ride tram stop, which solves the Florence parking conundrum.

Careful driving and parking is well advised, as roads and spaces are tiny and cramped. The other side of the coin is the untampered beauty of the countryside location.

I loved the on site food options Breakfast was basic continental Bakery, yogurt with cereal,cafe, juice etc

Unfortunately with every stay, there a lots of stairs, plan accordingly

Quiet and restful Less then 15 minutes to end of T1 line where can park for free at 8 am an by 8:30 arrive in Florence stay the whole day and after dinner take the tram back
