Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and lovely. It was clean. The room I was in had a mini stove which made it more convenient. There was also a great pizza restuarant below and a supermarket. Breakfast was small but met every need. 15-17 min walk from the bus station.

Transportation in a small town. It's not bad but bus schedules are about one hour apart. Recommend renting a bike (you wont be able to in Signa; maybe Empoli or Florence) or a car to move around. Trains also come every other hour to Florence. It's however not the hotel fault.

The staff is exremely friendly and helpful. The room is big enough with the very comfy bed (we also had the huge terrace though we didn't really use it). The breakfast was also good. There is the green area next to the hotel (on the back side) where we could walk with our dog (it's the wet grass land). The parking is shared with Penny Market and is not guarded but that was OK with us. The hotel is located about 19km from the historic heart of Florence but if you go by car it could take about 50 minutes. The hotel provided us with the detailed train timetable to Florence though we didn't really use this kind of transport.

We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and I really have to compliment the staff. The lady at the reception is very kind, and they’re flexible with check-in and check-out times. Since we were leaving very early in the morning, they arranged for us to have breakfast at a nearby café that opens at 6 AM, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, with a lovely terrace, and definitely good value for the price.

Good breakfast, the studio apartment is spacious, clean room, good wifi, friendly staff and Matteo was kind and very helpful. Quiet and safe location.

It’s a bit of a walk to the train station. But it’s ok overall. Our family enjoyed the stroll.

The staff was very pleasant. They let us enter the room ahead of time and gave us umbrellas, free of charge, to visit nearby Florence. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure – everything we needed.

The breakfast was great, had everything I needed and more. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything I needed, they even accommodated us arriving after the work hours.

Air conditioning always reset once you enter the room and it was set on what seemed to be the coldest temperature imaginable, so the very first thing coming into to the room you have to adjust the air conditioning

Staff was really friendly, everything was very clean, check in was very smooth even though the property was a little ways away. I really enjoyed the balcony and the room was spacious.

A bit of a hike from the train and it wasn't worth the wait for the bus.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were kind. The hotel is next to a market and a delicious cafeteria. 20 minutes walk to the train station.

Receptionist was great, very helpful man. Nice location of the hotel.

Breakfast is very poor, and italian staff who is working in hotel yells in the dinning room while people are having breakfast. Honestly, it was not very nice to have that atmosphere while eating and drinking first coffee of the day. Matresses are little bit too hard.
