As said in other comments facilities are a bit aged, but I don’t see how that’s a problem. Everything worked just fine, it was well maintained and super clean. Room and bed were super comfortable, super attentive staff and the breakfast room has panoramic views of the Tuscan mountains. This is the best value for money stay I’ve had in my life.

Connections to Firenze stop late at night, between midnight and 5/6 am more or less depending on the day you’re stuck wherever you’re at the moment. It still didn’t ruin my experience at all

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent, the room was big and the balcony as well. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is great for a budget stay not far from Florence. Parking right in front makes it so easy. Pretty clean as well.

It needs indeed some decoration improvement to bring it back to life but I would say this is not bad overall. What it definitely needs is a fixing of some items that don’t work well, like a leaking toilet that is for sure costly over time.

It was clean. Soooo close to the rail station. Halal food easily available. Breakfast was always really good at the hotel and included in the price.

It was a perfect hotel in many ways. But needs alot of upgrades. Everything is old fashioned. Like u time traveled back in time. It was clean. The bathroom was just ok. It was like a small very high bathtub to climb into and out of. That I didn't like at all.. Comes back to being in need of upgrades. Also u can hear the water running from other rooms next to u and above you as if it's in Ur room.

Everything was fine. Clean large room, tidy. Breakfast was nice and varied choice. Location right next to the train station to Florence. Price-quality ratio great.

Quite noisy in the evening and at night due to noisy other guests, especially some school trip who were shouting until almost midnight.

Confortable rooms and mattresses, just in front of the train station but not noisy, good breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The pillows are too big and hard, difficult to sleep. Be aware there is almost nothing to do in this village, it is more like a cheaper option to stay in the tuscany region and to visit places like Florence, Pisa, etc.

The hotel is welcoming, the staff is friendly especially Quenie who kindly explained to us how to get to the tourist places in the area and has a good location is close to the train station that connects you with all of Florence.

Its location in front of the train station though it’s a bit far from the city center made our stay more comfortable. The Asian smiling receptionists were helpful. The dining room on the 5th floor had a magnificent view between the mountain was so impressive. The buffet was varied and sufficient. The room fashion is old but we found everything we needed. The room and the bathroom were spacious.

Amazing staff. We got a very big room everything was perfect except pipe noise from other rooms. Hotel is very old. Location is very good. 2 minutes from the train station. Wonderful view during breakfast time.

The accommodation meets all needs. It is well connected to the center of Firenze, the train station is right in front of the accommodation. They should invest in renovation, considering that a lot of it is quite old, although we still have to admit that it is well maintained. Perhaps the most irritating thing was that almost every release of water could be heard from the surrounding rooms, so the sound insulation as well as the quality of the installations should be better.
