Everything was great, from how good late check-in was organized ( we were given detailed instructions on how to get into the parking lot and apartments ) to comfortable stay in the apartments, where you can find everything necessary. The kitchen has all the facilities you might need ( including the dishwasher ). Nice and safe parking place. Extraordinary nice receptionist,she even let us leave our car in parking lot for a few hours after check-out. Good location, close to the city center ( 20 minutes on foot ). We would highly recommend these apartments for your comfortable stay in Florence.

The only disadvantage of this apartment were uncomfortable and too soft mattresses on the bed. For people who have problems with their back it might be a problem.

This hotel apartment is beautiful! Modern, clean, and luxurious. The host is the super nice and helpful — you can tell they really care about this place and their guests' experience. Really close to a grocery store and some restaurants. Yes, it's not in Cinque Terre, but it is a short walk away from the train station at La Spezia. Highlight of the accommodation was definitely the bathroom. Gorgeous tiling, really nice backlit mirror, and the water pressure of the shower was perfect. Thank you!!!

There's no oven to cook food, but the owner did offer to bring a microwave if we needed it

Nice apartment and staff on duty to help on arrival. Looked after our luggage before we could check in too. Very helpful. Nice location. Twenty minute walk to Duomo and lots of buses around at end of street if preferred.

Main bedroom bed was great however the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Okay for just the one night but if there longer could be a problem.

Property has a great location, you will get to the main attractions by 20-30 min walk. Nerby there are supermarkets - carrefour and esselunga. The apartment is clean and new, bed is very comfy. In the kitchen you will find all necessary equipment for cooking. WiFi was working well, no issues at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally there is a possibility to park a car in the outdoor parking or garage. In overall I would definitely recommend this place, we stayed for 4 nights and very pleasantly surprised.

The accommodation was excelent, very cosy, very very close to everything! The room was so pretty, nicely decorated and we had everything we needed, the little fridge was super helpful. We even had a small balcony, overlooking orange trees. The host was so lovely and helpful, we communicated via whatsapp and answered all our questions. We even had some chocolates on the bed when we arrived, juice in the fridge and a small bottle of champagne which were very much appreciated, since we spent new year there. 7 minutes to Pisa Leaning Tower, 20 to the train station, and right in the old town, a short walk from everything. 100% would recommend this place and will come back for sure

When we arrived it was quite chilly in the room, it took some time to get warm, but we had good blankets and we didn't have this issue in the following days

Spotless and spacious apartment, really light with good kitchen facilities, dining area, sitting room space and large bed. Plus a big kitchen. It’s called a studio but feels much better as divided into 3 sections with a good use of space. Loads of storage and two TVs. The location was good for us, a little way out of the centre but about a 20 min walk to the Duomo, we love walking so this was great.

Small issue was shower head sprayed a lot but didn’t ruin anything - forgot to mention it to staff as it was such a small issue.

We had a weird situation when a manager told us in the evening when we checked-in that we may leave our car until 13:00, took notes about that and the next day at the check-out at 10:00 changed her mind, so we had to drive out immediately (because "she is alone and can't also handle parking, and guests will arrive soon"; this sounded like a bad excuse). Since the extended parking was offered for free, I don't complain that we had to drive out but sudden change of plans was a bit inconvenient. Fortunately for us there was still a place in another garage just two blocks away (costs 14 EUR/day). So, if you hear the same promise, make sure you get it in written form and in blood ))

The apartment is great. We arrived at 12:30 pm and it was before check-in, but they allowed us to park the car in the apartments’ parking lots in basement There is a small kitchen inside the apartment , with coffee machine, capsules and tea (there is vanilla-flavored tea, which was wonderful). The apartment was one floor without an internal staircase, it was great. Check in and out is smooth and easy, there is a code they provide us during check in via email, and with this code can enter the building and your apartment. There is elevator available from the basement of the parking lot to the apartment floor. There is a restaurant under the building, Was great.

it is not close to the city center. However, it is possible to go there walking within a distance of 20-25 minutes.

It was clean and the parking for our car was convenient. Also the restaurant under the appartment was a great choice. The best of all was the communication with the persons at the reception and their immediate correspondance for everything

Our appartment was consisting of two floors and when there are kids and luggage is very difficult going up and down because it was also very narrow. Also it was far from the historical center more than 1km

I am very happy I chose to stay ar La Farina’s apartment! great location, the apartment itself is spotless clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. There are grocery shops nearby, a train station, bus stops. It was very easy to get to the city center. Upon our arrival the staff has provided us with instructions on how to get around, i was given a map with popular routes & attractions highlighted. It was very helpful.
