Absolutely beautiful Residence! Grounds, staff, pool, guests, breakfast. I can’t pin point what we loved the most, we loved everything! Very welcoming, super clean, super green, nice bicycles, I and my family were the only ones who used them I think. We were at the pool everyday, we stayed there for 7 days and I could easily stay another week. We did not want to leave☺️

We stayed at the second floor loft, our second floor temperature couldn’t cool down to our norms (70-75 F). It was a very hot week though 95-100 during a day. Our kids slept with us on a main floor, so it didn’t ruin our time there.

We loved everything here! We didn’t have a car but the hotel sorted out a taxi to pick us up from the station, and took us back at the end of our stay too. The room was amazing, super spacious and looked out onto the river and was cleaned every day. The pool had lots of loungers available and pool towels are available aswell. The breakfast was insanely delicious, freshly made coffees and an array of sweet and savoury options. The grounds were 10/10, you could go for a walk around a lake, not to mention free bikes to take for rides! Everyone was super helpful from the housekeeping to the ground keepers, the ladies working the breakfast and to the people in reception. Absolutely no complaints would come back here any time

Accommodation was great. The hotel has original atmosphere. In front of your apartment you have table with chairs, we had the last partment in row and therefore beautiful view in the nature. Apartment is very cosy, spacious and Tuscany-style furnished. Breakfat was one of the best we ver had :-) so many delicacies, local products and in many variations. If you are looking for some special experience, go for the breakfatst here. Staff was super friendly and with your leave you are able to buy local higl level cosmetict - I recommend - we bought cream, soap and hand creams (small gifts) and the owner-lady give us the car fragnance like a gift. With every moment I feel now the Tuscany stay from this hotel. In this hotel you feel, that the staff likes to care about you.

We were given a lovely and warm welcome by Alessandro and throughout our stay the friendliness of the staff was a highlight. This hotel is a great place to come and relax. The rooms are close to a nice pool area with sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was creative and covered various tastes with fruits, pastries, yoghurt, cereals and eggs etc. We particularly liked the option of a light lunch to be ordered by 11am, which included salads, melon/proscuitto, and pesto pasta as it's not always easy to find these more healthy options. The restaurant above the hotel is fantastic, with a lovely outdoor setting, good quality food and excellent service.

Beautiful place. Gorgeous rooms. Lovely people. A great restaurant on site. The breakfasts were the best I have had on my trip. The ladies who serve during breakfast were kind and generous. The property managers were really helpful. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it.

The room a/c can be better controlled. It was difficult to get it to work well. The management tried. it worked for a day and reverted to its old ways.

Our second visit and we'd love to come back Every room is different. We got the Limonata room, a spacious, beautiful room. Lovelly pool area with many sunbeds and umbrellas, surrounded by beutiful trees and flowers. Best breakfast in Italy last time we visited and also this year, so far. Nice dinner with Tuscan specialities at the nearby restaurant.

We planned to take the train from Signa to Florens, this was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. Unfortunately, all train from Signa got cancelled, so we had to take the car for out visit there. The traffic was heavy. The hotel was helpful and recommended a parking garage close to the train station in Florens.

Such a fabulous spot! The staff were so lovely and helpful the breakky was amazing! Hung by the pool- walked the grounds! The room was great and felt very clean! We also went to the restaurant and it was 10/10!

The room had cooking facilities- but would be good if it had salt + pepper/ oil and a few other wee things! But maybe people don’t cook in them often :)

The staff was fantastic and kind. Nothing was too much bother. The studio we had was well laid out and had character. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with the woodlands and the lake. There is also a lovely pool area. Breakfast is a feast. The restaurant located at the Villa is 100% gluten free and the food is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italian cooking class. They are a very environmentally friendly hotel.

It was further to the train station than we thought. You would really need a car or be prepared to pay between €15-€20 each way for taxi/shuttle

Hotel ia full of old char.. Breakfast is lovely so.many fresh items. I stayed 4 nights and there were so much variety everyday. Hotel is in quite location ..the restaurant connected to hotel serves excellent food too. Alexandro is a great host.

Lighting in the room is not great. We had wedding to attend and it was bit too dark to get ready. But that's a minor thing and nothing to do with hotel in itself .

The breakfast is surprisingly good - really tasty and lots of choice. The pool is great, and there is table tennis too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect for anything associated with Villa Castelletti, but otherwise I'm not sure how much there is to do in the local area. There's a limited lunch offering on site which you have to pre-order from reception while breakfast is being served.
