The host was super friendly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. When there was a problem with the a/c, he switched our room so we wouldn't have to wait for the technician to be comfortable. The location is close to the train station and it's easy to get to Firenze, and there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a bakery across the street.

The room was small, which made it difficult to open our suitcases. There wasn't really a space for them, though we managed. The biggest difficulty for me was that there was a step up into the bathroom, and I kept tripping.

The people and staf is amazing, helpful and very kind. Comfortable Bed and good facilities. Functional shower but it could be useful a flexible cable. The Bed was made each day and the towels were changed each day.

Not really close to the Signa Train Station. Around 17-19 minutes of walk and we are young and strong. The walls could use a restauration and new paint because the paint is cracked and falling because of the moisture inside and climat.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms may not be new, but they are perfectly functional, incredibly clean, and have comfy mattresses. The staff is unbelievably nice and helpful.

It's a fairly basic establishment in a village, and I felt the price could be a little bit lower for what it was.

The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and luxurious, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including a desk and chair, a private bathroom, and a lovely balcony with stunning views of the countryside. The breakfast was an absolute highlight of my stay. Every morning, the hosts prepared a delicious spread of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and yogurt, along with a selection of local cheeses and meats. The coffee was strong and flavorful, and I loved trying different types of tea and juice.

We were welcomed warmly and the owner was extremely helpful. The place was quaintly decorated and the stay was enjoyable. We felt very comfortable in our stay and could had great conversations with the owner every day.

wifi had a small error when we were there, and thus was a little slow, but overall it still worked and i could get all my necessary work done. its more convenient if you drive, but the town we were in was lovely and walking was alright.

Small but really cozy hotel. It’s perfect to visit Florence. 4 minutes away from Signa station, which is 2 stops away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella. There is a free parking where to leave the car.

Really good value for money. Comfortable and very clean. Wonderful stuff members. About 3.0 km from the train station, which makes it ideal to vosotros Florence (about 15 minutes and 2.5 euro round trip). That makes it more convenient than being in Florence itself, since taxis would not take you everywhere at the center... we kept seeing annoyed people carrying heavy baggage by walk at the city center.

Really helpful staff, fully prepared with maps, train timetables etc. Even leant a corkscrew so I could open a bottle of wine. Easy 15 minute walk to train station to get to Florence

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, there appeared to be a vending machine gor drinks in the main hallway, but we weren't sure if we could use it or if it cost money

Centrally located but also far from the usual crowded tourist places

Being a B&B, it was not equiped with a refrigerator

The location was nice, and the host gave us a map that showed the laundry location, supermarkets, breakfast location across the street, trains, and explained them at our arrival. The style of accessing the rooms is with keys, and you need to keep the key at the reception prior to leaving the hotel. Parking was available although i couldn't guess if it were for residents or not, just took the risk since we only came to the hotel during the late nights and left early in the mornings. Breakfast is in another patisserie across the street. Overall, the rooms are nice, homey, and calm at night. We took the large room with the window pointing to the street, probably one of the big rooms. Just beside the room is a nice terrace if you like to sit there.

The breakfast could be a better. The Patisserie will give 2 croissants with a tea, or 1 croissant with a hot chocolate. Anyways, there's a large hypermarket closeby to get more things if needed, which is still okay.
