I had a wonderful stay! The place was super relaxing and quiet – exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight: clean, peaceful, and very enjoyable. I did run into a small issue during my stay, but the staff handled it immediately with the best attitude, which made all the difference. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was great too. While there weren’t a ton of options, everything they served was tasty. Overall, I felt it was excellent value for the price. I would definitely come back!

There wasn't anything not to like! The staff is friendly and very helpful, breakfast was delicious, and it was wonderful to have the option to reserve a table at their restaurant for dinner. We were traveling as a family and met up with friends, and the kids enjoyed the pool and surrounding lawn to play in after a hot day sightseeing in Florence, Pisa, or Lucca. The rooms all had air conditioning units that were adjustable to our own comfort levels. We'd definitely come again.

The facilities were wonderful, immersed in the countryside, with various little houses, a big pool, and a spacious terrace for breakfast and dinner. The room was big with a very functional, fully renovated bathroom. We also appreciated its private, outside seating space. The owners are courteous, and the anti-mosquito plug provided in the room was a welcome attention.

The room decor was characteristic but a bit on the old side. The soundproofing could be improved. The breakfast buffet could be supplemented with more local products/fruit and offer some options for intolerant/vegan guests.

Really lovely place to stay at.Nice pool and rooms.The host are really friendly and welcoming.They recommended us really nice restaurants in the surroundings as there is no food service on site beside breakfast nor supermarket near by.Really close to the Terme de Saturnia which you should definitely visit!Just be aware that the last piece of road to reach the B&B is quite rough as full of bumps and gravels but still accessible with a Mini. Highly recommended spot if you are looking for peace & quiet!

Awesome staff. Very courteous and helpful. They go out of their way at times. Issue addressal, if any, is exemplary. We had one such issue which was very nicely handled. Very big room. The entire property seems old, but they have done well to keep the rustic charm where needed and updated the other bits. Great in-house Tuscan restaurant. The swimming pool in the property is a great way to relax. Very silent that adds to the relaxation. One of the rare restaurants that seems to make in-house all their breakfast items. Eg- Scrambled eggs are made home style with real eggs unlike the shortcut 99% of restaurants take. So is the case with their Focacia and breads too. Fruits are not from a Can. Loved this attention to detail. Free parking in the entire property.

A bit out of the way to reach if this is chosen as an overnight "on the way" hotel. One may really have to choose this place for a 2 day accommodation to relax and enjoy the serenity and the hospitality this property provides. That's it. No more grouses.

The location is very nice and respects the specific of Tuscany. It's like you see in the movies. Perfect for visting the Florence, Pisa but also the local old cities and citadels. The family room was nice and spacious enough for 2 small chilldren. At breakfast, the expresso is fantastic! Food quallity is good but not very much to choose from.

Personal is helpful but only one lady from reception knows decent English.

I stayed two nights at the hotel. I was arriving late after check in times but the staff took care that I could check in later. I stayed one full day working from the premises, the staff was extremely helpful in facilitating everything for me. I have only good experiences with the staff, the quality of the hotel and restaurant and the swimming pool was very nice. Thank you so much!

The pool is so beautiful but I could not swim as the water was so cold. There are places for barbecue, nice views surrounding the property, beautiful view from bed looking through the door, friendly staff and was possible to seat outside (if a ground floor room) to enjoy the landscape. We stayed in a refurbished room and there was a bath in the room, comfy bed, quiet, good shower.

No wifi available in the room and no internet connection using my phone. A nice and quite place but its afar from restaurants if you need it. There are a good restaurant in the hotel.

We loved absolutely everything about this property and our stay! We got there pretty late, but the check in was smooth, we were warmly welcomed and in awe of our room! Such magical rustic, antique style. The room was very spacious, we had a bath and a shower, there eas also a mini fridge & it was very private with our own big balcony to the garden. The breakfast was also really really nice, with the view on Tuscany's tall trees and fields. Plus this property has a big pool in the backyard, where it is really nice to relax in the morning (or other time). The staff was very helpful and friendly! Everything about it was amazing! If you are looking for a stay in the middle of Tuscany- then it's the perfect option!

It is quiet, a very nice location, in Tuscany. Everything is very tidy, they clean rooms every day, the property is huge, the parking also. Our room was recently renovated and the barhwoom was really beautiful. Close to Lastra (train station with parking) to Florence. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is amazing (a bit less of salami but very sweet, a lot of croissants), the lady makes coffee in the morning. One of the rooms was missing soap in the bathroom, but we had it with us.

It is quite remote, you need a car. Otherwise everything was perfect!!
