Location. Excellent location for the train into Florence. The hotel is very clean and has a lift to all floors. The hosts were funny and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fab restaurants in the town.

The road outside was busy but it is close to the railway, which we were wanting, but the walk to the railway over the bridge is not for the fainthearted!

Room was great, cleaned every day, breakfast was delicious. Bonus is proximity to the train station for people, who wanted to visit other cities and proximity to the centrum for the ones who doesn't.

Charming boutique hotel run by a very nice and caring family. Ideal location if you want to enjoy the Tuscan small town flair without being far out of the main touristic routes (Florence is only 20 minutes away by train). Excellent experience, I can only recommend this hotel.

The male owner was quirky. there were no good views from the property. No kettle when we arrived. only after 2 days. could not use borrowed iron in the room.

Free private parking and in the nearby. Location.

Blanket dirty (with a visible yellowish dirt sign). Weird shape of room and small room. Bathroom a bit old. Quite hard to park in the private parking.
