Nice locations and a very forthcoming and warm atmosphere. From the frontdesk /reception over the cleaning ladies to the waiters - everybody are serviceoriented amd genuine nice people. High cleaning standard, good wifi, nice beds.

Restaurant cooks like they dont really care anymore. We tried the restaurant twice - undercooked pasta, undercooked and underseasoned rice, undercooked risotto. Meat and fish was good (really good) the first time we had dinner - second time we had to send the food back. Raw pasta, raw burgers…. Breakfast restaurant is very nice

Very tasty breakfast, large selection of dishes. We have stayed at this hotel many times. The owners changed, the way of service changed. The current changes have been good for the hotel. The care for the customer is visible. Service at the highest level. Large parking lot, close to the store.

There is a kettle in the room, but some cutlery would also be useful, it is difficult to make coffee or tea without a spoon.

We had a very pleasant stay here in a triple room. Sure, the hotel is outdated, but that's part of its charm. Breakfast was better than expected (with savory selections as well as sweet) and we liked that the room has windows with mosquito screens for some welcome fresh air. Nice pillows (2 each, without having to ask for extras) and comfortable mattresses. Overall great quality for the price.

The all-plastic sunbeds by the pool should be switched out for something more comfortable. Better showers would make the rooms much nicer.

Beautiful villa that is only a short trip away from Florence city centre. Great location as a basis for exploring Tuscany and the nearby towns. Plenty of parking spaces in front. The breakfast location has a nice view of the valley.

The pool was not open, it would have been nice if we could have used it. The air conditioning system in the rooms are a bit outdated, not too sure if they really worked or not

The hotel is older but really nice, clean, the lobby and restaurant comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful view. Beautiful large balcony. Nice big room, comfortable beds. Free secure parking on site.

Breakfast very simple. The bathtub in the bathroom is a bit poorly washed. Check-in a little complicated because of the nervous guy at the reception. We couldn't find a room, finally the nice waiters from the restaurant helped us.

Location great Friendly and helpful staff especially Sandro , great recommendations on how to get to Florence easily and where to eat when we were there, and other places of interest to visit during our stay. Really useful . Very clean , lovely restaurant, great food. Nice to have a pool , and handy for the local supermarket. Comfortable rooms , cleaned daily.

No Restaurant on the Sunday evening , and most of the places to eat in town also shut. Would have been good to have more information about this and where to eat on the Sunday evening. Or possibly some sort of snacks available. Would also have been nice to be able to get Lighter snacks through the lunch time instead of full dinner menu.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet tranquill location, where you can really relax, or go for lovely walks. staff are amazing, helpful, kind, accomadating, and do everything they can to ensure your stay is delightful. Rooms exceptionally clean, a big thankyou to Leo and Sandro, in reception, John in the bar, and all the others (I am sorry I can't remember everyone's names). See you all soon.

Unbelievably friendly and accommodating staff who seem truly proud of their facility and treat everyone like family. Leonardo, Beatrice, and Azzurra especially went above and beyond for us. Lovely and comfortable property, with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside outside of our window. Located near grocery stores, a laundromat, a car wash, and a huge park. Lovely breakfast every morning, looking out over the countryside. This place will always be in our hearts, and we will always stay here anytime we come to the Florence area.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was very responsive.

The hotel restaurant had fantastic staff at breakfast, but in the evenings other waiters served very slowly and the food could have been more enjoyable

The location, the restaurant 🤤, the staff ❤️, everything was good. The location is amazing, just walk around and enjoy the beauty. Rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is soo lovely and helpful. I appreciated the kindness and attention of the restaurant manager. Special thanks to Leonardo at the reception.

Nothing to do with the hotel: the location, if you want to walk there from the bus station, it will be hard if you have heavy luggage, the road is a bit hilly. If you go there by car then forget my comment 😅
