Me and my family were so desperate for a last minute late night hotel in the middle of nowhere Tuscany after B&B Il Castello would not let us check in late and we showed up here at midnight and were greeted by the friendliest person at the front desk. Andrea was sent to us from the heavens. He was a God Send. So helpful and we were so tired after driving for 7 hours. He gave us bottles of water, some beers and carried our luggage around. What a hero! He really energized us.

Who cares when you have heroes like Andrea around!

The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and updated and we did not have any plumbing issues. The restaurant next to the hotel is a lifesaver for travelers who are too tired to go far for food. The pizzas were excellent - the best I’ve eaten so far in Italy. It’s not a five star hotel but it delivered for the price we paid. Parking was so convenient too.

Soap dispensers didn’t work too well. It’s fine for washing hands but it’s a fight when taking a shower - but I would not say that it’s a dealbreaker.

Staff was awesome. Super friendly and worked with my evolving schedule. Very cool Inn with Bar and Restaurant

Room was very warm when I got there. Would have been nice if the A/C would have been turned on a little.

The beds are clear. The AC is in the Price! And the Restaurant!! I say the "Ossobucco" is the the best!!

Amazing service by the couple running the hotel. Would stay again just for the experience with them. Location was a little far for Florence but they made it worth a stay.

Far from Florence. No late buses.

Nice little hotel just outside of Pistoia proper. Very clean and right next door to a wonderful restaurant.

The a/c took a little while to cool the room.

Lovely hotel with large beautiful bedroom with restaurant (we didn't use it). Friendly staff. Large private parking.
