Wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Nadisha and Gaetano for their detailed attention. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to suit every taste and specific diets. One of the highlights of the stay was the dinner on the rooftop. The meal was tasty, and the view of the city was lovely. Beds are comfortable and rooms are well equipped.

We have not tested the SPA facility, hence can not comment. The swimming pool looks bigger on the pictures, but this is big enough.

Everything about LHP Montecatini Palace and Spa was wonderful. From the moment we entered the beautiful building, the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean and modern and a great size for two people. The pool area and pool bar were lovely and the spectacular view, a huge bonus. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had, with an enormous selection of different foods. The day we checked out of the hotel, we caught a taxi to the train station only to discover our train (and many others) had been cancelled due to a train strike. After unsuccessfully trying to find alternate ways to our next destination, in desperation we called the Montecatini Palace and asked their advice. They said call us back in five minutes and we’ll try to find some solutions for you. Wow, that’s amazing service! True to their word, they negotiated a taxi fare for us to our next destination and had a taxi at the train station for us within minutes. That is true customer service and we were so appreciative. The location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept spotless! We enjoyed the breakfast with Nadisha serving us. The desk worker, Marianna helped to translate our needed medical appointment and results. She was so patient. Francisco was helpful as well. We would come and stay again. It was peaceful and beautiful in November.

Everything. Maybe just a small thing, especially if you go in the summer, which was not my case, the schedule of the pool is just from 11 to 19. Very nice location, 5 min from the city centre, parking on the street in the front of the hotel. In Sept the parking was only 6 euros per 2 day. We need to find your own parking spot in front in the space with the blue line only. Is plenty of them around the hotel. Marianna is the best personal ever. She give us a upgrade of the room without us asking, she speaks a lot of languages, english, german, italian, russian, ucranian. She is there to help you with everything you need or desire.

Rooftop has amazing nearly 360-degree views and a pool and bar. In intense heat of August, there were no shady/sheltered spots to sit and have a drink however. We were ungraded to a suite with a separate sitting room that had a large bathtub (presumably for entertaining friends!). Decor very retro 80's silver and white. Great in-house spa facilities that our room class gave us unlimited access to. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

Restaurant felt cold, empty and uninviting -they could do more to keep guests in to dine. Front desk told us about a top chef having been hired. We were offered some tasty hot snacks with our cocktails in the ground floor bar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a massage and a pedicure during my stay. Both treatments were fantastic, providing a great and relaxing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Overall, our stay was phenomenal, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Small detail, but it would have been nice if the hotel had family rooms. We had to book two rooms for our young family, but luckily we had rooms next to each other

Location in a quiet residential area but a short walk to the center of town and train station, a lovely park, and very good restaurants. Breakfast was substantial and pleasant. Frequently saw staff attending to cleanliness and ambiance to keep everything shipshape.

As a solo traveler, I found the cost of the airport shuttle through the hotel excessive. The fare charged was for up to two people, and that was not clear to me in advance. After traveling for hours, I appreciated the convenience but would have taken the train had I known the cost, which turned out to be 20 euros more than I had been quoted. The shuttle is independent of the hotel.

We got upgraded and the room was amazing with a tub practically the size of a swimming pool! The breakfasts were delicious and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location walking distance to everything yet out of the noisy area.

It was hard to get the room cool- thermostat did not seem to work despite asking about it multiple times. The hotel allows dogs and sometimes people go out and leave their dogs behind so there was a lot of barking at times.

I stayed at LHP Hotel multiple times due to work, and each visit has been nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment. During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Nadisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience at both dinner and breakfast was top-notch. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference in my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I must mention that the food at the facility is simply amazing. Every meal I had was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was excellent with great views of the surrounding area.

Although the hotel has a 5 star classification I would say it maybe falls a wee bit short of this, although the rooms and facilities were great the only place you could get a drink was from the roof top bar which was served it plastic glasses ( I have never been served a drink in a plastic glass at any other 5 star accomadation I have visited before). Also some of the rooms fixtures and fittings were a wee bit cheap.flimsy.
