Breakfast, Room, Pool, Staff.... Everything was great about this hotel! I truly wish to have more time in it! Food at the restaurant was great, room was amazing and the pool was one of the best things in the hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful!

Room was good although shower leaked all over the floor which was annoying Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit disappointing with very few options The pool was good overall but was overrun with young americans one day who were drinking beer from glass bottles in the pool which ruined it for everyone else. Nobody from the hotel intervened

Breakfast could have been a lot better

Nice quiet little hotel in a semi-rural location a few miles from fascinating Lucca. Generous buffet breakfast. We stayed an extra couple of nights. One of the best hotel swimming pools I have ever come across, unheated but great for a serious swimmer.

Wifi was a bit erratic

excelent pool. I did not have breakfast there. The overall aspect of the hotel is slightly older, but quite nice anyway. The staff was very gentle (we did not try to speak in English with the staff)

Not a big problem, but without a car, you should not stay in this hotel.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, charming design. Staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and nice. The property was quite pretty, and looked like they were doing additional improvements.

Bathroom shower design meant water got on the floor.

Very comfortable rooms. Clean. The staff are polite and helpful. Dinner was excellent. Sara who waited on us was great at explaining the different delicious dishes! Very friendly!! Unfortunately there is no room for tomorrow and we would like to stay longer

The rooms are large and include a comfy patio space. The breakfast in the morning is well worth the price and is fully stocked with a wide selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and hospitable. While I did not have an opportunity to use, the pool facilities looked very clean and enjoyable.

We loved the room, it was clean, the cleaner even tidy it after we left in the morning. We loved the pool area and the food was great.

The location to Lucca was a bit far, but still worth it since it was peacfull.

AC in some rooms could be upgraded. But we were dealing with unseasonably high temperatures.

top accommodation good value for the money good location ;) breakfast is very nice quality and choice. I loved the shower gel provide there , smells so good!!!
