The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the hotel is dated but it's clean, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Something to mention: we chose this hotel because it was very close to a wedding reception hall. As we were heading out to the wedding, the owner asked us if we were going to a wedding and gave us a key to access the hotel in case we arrived after they closed. They were paying attention, which we really appreciated!!!

It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a god-send on 40° days.

It is very basic and quite old. There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door. The location is on a roundabout and was quite noisy outside so sitting on the terrasse was not pleasant. (inside was quiet)

A very good choice for those who travel in Tuscany. Friendly hosts, clean room & just next door there`s a restaurant with delicious food. Definitely recommended.

The city is not safe to be honest . We have been stolen and our car has broken But the Hotel and the staff their were very kind

The balcony was a nice touch and the room was quite spacious for 2 adults and an energetic 2-year-old.

it was a good stay. Everything was good but there are a little bit of mosquitoes that can be improved. But overall it was clean and facilities were also good. Staffs were very gentle.
