What a fantastic experience! A lovely hotel, with beautiful grounds and large pool. Staff throughout the hotel could not do more to help us: arranging wine tastings, making recommendations of villages to visit and booking taxis etc. Room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool and excellent air con - the weather was between 33-40C! Breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate outside on most days. The dinner menu is a little more limited but the food is beautifully cooked is a true representation of Tuscan cuisine. The hotel even managed to extend our room availability to fit with our flight times.

Very little! Hotel is a bit too far outside Pescia for a comfortable walk (c2.2km) as the weather was close to 40C much of the time! No mention of salads on the dinner menu, but they ARE available!

The WI-FI is very bad. I stayed at the first floor, in front of the elevator and I didn’t had any internet connection, stayed connected only to 4-5G spending all my roaming data. The breakfast very poor, I have pays for 7 days the breakfast, eat only in one morning. Doesn’t have enough eggs (no omelette, no sun eggs, only a few boiled eggs - if you come late to the breakfast you don’t catch one)

My room was spacious with balcony & view of front garden. I enjoyed having dinner in the outdoor garden. The staff at breakfast (Ricardo & Rosa) were very nice! Keara was a great bartender!

The hotel is a large complex on nice grounds out of the main centre of Pescia, it seems to cater well for buses of tourists. The rooms were clean and for the age of the buidling, quite nice with a charm about them, I particularly liked the enormous autumn picture back wall of the beds :) The staff are absoultely lovely, helpful and keen to serve any request. The hotel has a very old world charm about it and a newer wing attached, it has a pool which we never used but seemed nice.

I liked literally everything: the hotel is located in close proximity to the center, but in privacy, good territory, good breakfasts, pleasant staff, clean room, good bed, we got enough sleep every night.

If you walk to the center, then a small part of the way passes along a road without a sidewalk.

It was a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious and the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

The twin bed I had was hard and lumpy, and you could feel the springs through the very thin padding. Very uncomfortable, and I didn't get much sleep.

You can say what you want about the interior of the rooms, it is certainly not Nordic modern and partly outdated. But everything was spotlessly clean, in good condition, our room was very large, with a wonderful view of the garden and pool. Both were a pleasure! We enjoyed the hours by the pool very much. And so did our child. The dinner was very, very good. The atmosphere was wonderful. And absolutely to be singled out, all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Far beyond what you would expect! Really, really great! We will definitely be back and then for longer.
