Everything. Our stay was just as we imagined for a five-star hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are numerous ways of how to adjust the lightning in the room. The surroundings of the hotel were full of trees, gardens and perfectly maintained lawns. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff fulfilled our every wish. As we were mostly around in Tuscany during the day, we had dinner in the hotel as well. This was even better - three to four courses every evening on a beautiful terrrace, every course better than the other with very reasonable prices for a five-star hotel.

Only a reminder to bring some mosquito repellent, especially if they like to bite you :)

The hotel is renovated, unique design that combines modern and old, with a lot of comfort and chic. The spa area is modern, with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), the sauna has a unique view of the forest, jacuzzi and free water and towels. It is very concerned with cleanliness and beauty - a unique view is the way the breakfast table is arranged. The staff is very diligent and polite. We felt taken care of and happy. For guest with cars - there is free parking opposite the hotel before the summer season.

Unfortunately, the city as a whole is in decline and this inevitably reflects the overall impressionIt from Montecatini Terme. Offers no attractions, except for the city Park and the Funicular. Even the great building like Fontana dei coccodrilli, they don't bother to open it for visitors. This is strange because they obviously need funds to maintain an otherwise unique building.

Breakfast was amazing as was the view of trees outside. Homemade and delicious. The masseuse Marianne and the pilates teacher were just wonderful. I enjoyed the food too. The location is terrific.

The music from the outside bar area was very loid at night. The spa was wonderful but the outside pool a bit less inviting. I was a little bemused that in my room the toilet and shower was open plan with the bedroom. It was just me so that was fine but I couldn’t imagine staying there with someone else.

Hotel was nice we was on a business trip but the spa in the evening was a nice touch. Walking distance from nice town although we would not recommend walking back in the dark as we did. Easy parking on road outside hotel.

Would of liked more choice at Breakfast. It was a little limited for us. Unless we was missing something. Coffee good and pastry but would of liked hot eggs as eggs were obviously cooked the evening before and maybe some nice bread ...all that gorgeous bread the Italians make was nowhere to be seen. I do not like to moan but in future if you have 30 vegans in I don't think you should change the food to satisfy them they should just take what they eat surely...we had to eat breakfast out that morning. Overall staff very nice hotel clean and tidy....x

Staff were good. The lady on reception was exceptional, probably the best reception I've ever come across in my 40 years of travelling. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean. Good location next to park and 5 minute walk from centre. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice.

Nothing, really. The outdoor pool area had a large concrete structure over it. Whilst nice to keep the sweltering sun off, it was a bit unsightly. Maybe it could be disguised a bit with plants? Space for sunbathing limited due to this. A full-length mirror in the room would be nice. There was only a narrow one inside the wardrobe. Also a better light in the bathroom. For a hotel that promotes itself on health and wellbeing there were a lack of facilities in the gym. No free weights. These didn't spoil the holiday and weren't an issue just some feedback.

All was good But our room 305 was very hot we had a baby 1 years old with us we asked for the Ac to be turned on at 3 am they receptionist said he did it but still was not working then at 03.30 am again went to reception and asked was told it was broken and need Ac techician in the morning asked lady receptionist for ac tech she said ac have been off for weeks I already knew this and knew I was lied to the night before we did open the room windows but lots of mosquitos I don’t like to be played like that

Everything is great as always. Beautiful room! All tried to provide on request, the girl Oksana at the reception is always very friendly. The service in the restaurant is excellent. Everything is great I will keep coming back as I have in the past

Amazing place, it’s not a hotel it’s amazing experiance 🧡 the pool was very warm, sauna is with the panoramic view! Fruits and water is free all day by the pool. Breakfast buffet is like from pinterest 🍓 Everything is new and very nice. All the facilities is high level. The restaurant serving delicious food.

Great place to disconnect after visiting Lucca, Firenze or Pisa which are 30 to 45 mins away by car. Place really transmit you peace in general. We enjoyed the specially the spa and the breakfast included. Btw, great wine on the bar.

There is a little opportunity to improve with mosquitoes. There was some in the shower and quite more in the spa. I had some bites but nothing important. Looking forward to come back.
