The staff!!! Roberto and Romina especially. I traveled with my friend and her 6 yo, and Roberto literally made it the most fantastic vacation for her and for us aswell🥰 Romina was my contact through Booking.com from the start. I'm autistic and needed a couple of accommodations. She was incredible!

The only slight negative, was that the hotel uses climate control central cooling, which means the room doesn't get super cold, especially in the bigger rooms. And for someone who suffers from hormonal heat flashes, it would've been nice if I could've adjusted the thermostat to my liking. Especially after a long hot Italian day lol

Very nice and very clean hotel, bed super comfortable, large bathroom, property is perfectly located in a walking distance to a park and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious with high quality products, coffee was great. All staff is amazing - especially on reception desk and the ladies on breakfast! Very smiley, kind and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise! The reception staff helped us with the parking tickets on the street. Hotel is a top choice for exploring the nearby cities. We would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, we had dinner and breakfast here, both were delicious with attentive staff and a varied menu. Location was perfect for walking to the train station, the town and many of the sights.

Everything was perfect but if i had to say something it would be lovely to have tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel is located near the park in quiet neighborhood. Knowing Montecatini it is commendable that the hotel has kept up its renovation and maintenance to the highest standard which is not always the case in this town. The hotel is charming and has a very comfortable old world charm with nice public areas and a lovely terrace in front of the house. Everyone from the owners to the restaurant staff were incredibly nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. In the breakfast room Guiseppe and his colleagues make an excellent coffee. All in all it was wonderful to be back in Montecatini after a prolonged absence and the next time we will come back to this hotel.

Due to the large number of tour groups staying at the hotel who take breakfast quite early, on a number of days the buffet was a bit depleted when we arrived at breakfast around 09.00 am

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very smart and cared for. Our room was perfect, cleaned every day and beds very comfortable. We took the train every day, and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the station. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The stay in the hotel was fantastic from the comfort of the rooms to the exceptional friendly staff.

Our room was overlooking an abandoned hotel, which wasn't great.

Great location and really nice pool

Drinks at bar fairly expensive if not allowed to bring your own stuff to poolside. Drinks in plastic cups should be cheaper than drinks served in bar.

A beautiful Grand Hotel, at the same time modern (rooms & showers) and from another time (lobby). Most outstanding: The family atmosphere and the kindness and helpfulness of the people working there.
