Good location, close to the train station and town centre. Lovely pool and bar area. Breakfast was alright. We had a large room and nice balcony which was cleaned every day.

Not many loungers by the pool if the hotel is busy. Could add more choices for breakfast.

our room was very spacious and we liked the separate bathrooms. Breakfast was very good and sets up for the day. We enjoyed our walks in the surrounding especially the large park.

I spent just one night for work at this hotel and I was surprised by the quick response from the reception regarding my last minute booking, plus the possibility to relax after the day in a simple but well organised SPA, clean and with super informative and kind staff.

Breakfast is okay according to the price, but I would have loved some more fresh products instead of the pre-packed standard ones, plus a real caffetteria instead of the automatic machines.

Staff were very welcoming, can’t help you enough. The couples massage in the spa is amazing, booked this for myself and my daughter and would definitely recommend. Room clean and spacious, pool was lovely, nightlife in walking distance. Great value for money.

Honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The hotel is well placed in the busy little spa town of Montecatini Terme. Our connecting rooms were well sized and air conditioned, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and relaxed. We really enjoyed the styling of the hotel; perhaps slightly dated, but in such a way that it added to the experience, rather than detracting from it. The pool was an added bonus, and some of our party were there every day. Probably the best part of our trip though was the fact that we booked our stay in March 2020 for a holiday that year, at a very reasonable (and non refundable) price, and they very generously allowed us to move our stay TWICE, for free, to 2022. This is customer care of the highest order, and we are extremely grateful for it. Grazie mille!

Great location to restaurants and bars. Large rooms and beautiful decor. Parking was always available on the street for a small price. Breakfast was delicious and good variety of food. Staff were wonderful and always helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

the property is situated very well the value for the money is excellent breakfast is of good value, I was very pleased with fresh pastries every morning! good coffee. we had a huge suit for our family and it was just excellent staff is great! reception staff is very helping and accommodating-thank you

the only thinks for me would be to just restore the hotel a bit! it has a great potential and the hotel itself is kept in a very old Italian style which is great!

The elegance of the lobby, the friendly stuff, the yummy breakfast options and the warm pool with the jets for massage. The location was also great for walking to the train station, restaurants and parks

It was gorgeous! It had beautiful outdoor space to lounge as well as stunning indoor space for lounging. Excellent breakfast.
