It was near the city center and had an option for parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

I am an experienced traveller all around the world with a lot of trips done…and is the first place that someone made me pay 30 euros for a late check in…I understand that you could have a period for the normal check in but the hotel should have an option if the person is not planning to arrive by that time… I think that a penalty of 30 euros for arriving after the check in time is something rude and can change all the experience. After doing the reservation I received the information about that penalty, but It is not written in the booking information and that should be also written because that can change the decision for booking. The rest was ok for the price.

Stunning location to stay in for an authentic tuscan escape. We stayed in the Beethoven room and it looked fantastic. The terrace for breakfast is very lovely. The host was incredibly sweet to us. The property has bicycles to rent which is just perfect to explore the walls of Lucca. Would definitely check in again in case we return in Lucca

The buffet breakfast was rather simple, not so many options to choose from. Also it was a little cold in the room at night.

The room was lovely and location was good but you are on a main road so can be noisy. Only 10mins walk to the walls of Lucca so great for access. Spa is extra 20 euro each for hour and half. Didn't go so can't comment, not sure if in same building even.

B&B was in-between shops so pictures suggest a bit more rural. No you are in the modern Lucca you see from the Walls of Lucca looking out. Also no Tea or Coffee in the room.

Very good breakfast in a lovely sunny room, helpful staff, cleanliness, good shower, bright room and comfortable bed.

Overall, everything was fine. The bathroom and sleeping area were a bit small and we had to lay our suitcases out on the floor. The room could use a bench to put your suitcases on.

We had a great time in this B&B. Rooms was cleaned daily, staff were so helpful and accommodating with requests. Big plus was that breakfast was included daily and also they have a bike rental service

We had the room with the balcony and that was a nice big room with a part with a leather sofa, a television and a small bureau. In the other part stood a large bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom was small, but comfortable. The airco worked very well. The breakfast area was cosy and we could enjoy an Italian breakfast with some extra’s for the tourists that want to eat like home. The two ladies who organise the B&B are very nice and offer you their best to make your stay enjoyable. Their parking possibilities are the jewel on the crown. You can walk from there to the city center and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space. On your way to the center you pass a great gelateria Gelato Bontà! The best gelato ever!

We know that the charm of the B&B has to be kept intact, but we don’t like the key to the room itself. They have a nice system to open the doors and gate to get in and out of the house, but your own room has an old-fashioned key.

The windows could be better, you can hear the noise from outside, the first night is a little difficult to sleep if you're not used with noise

Pretty blue hotel a little bit of a walk into the main part of Lucca but we didn't mind that. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, lovely hot shower too. Good choice of buffet breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

Great place to stay with your mom, which I did. Rustacinella had the best Italian food I’ve ever tried, and it’s walking distance from the accommodation.

Great location, accommodation full of character but all modern amenities. Hosts were extremely helpful and always happy to do what they could to make the stay a good experience.
