The host, Daniel. Daniel made our stay in Lucca, at short notice, as good as it could be. He came to help us negotiate the entrance to our rooms late at night. He came from his home to help us in, carried our bags to the room, and got us settled for the night. On both mornings, he extended the breakfast hours to accommodate our late wake up. The breakfast was perfect. He provided us with good directions, entertained us with information about Lucca and the history of the city, and gave us restaurant suggestions. Daniel has beautiful English and was completely charming. A true Renaissance man! We already miss him.

Super friendly owner who made me feel like I am staying at a friends place. Everything was clean and the room was cleaned and tidied every day, the ac worked perfectly and kept me cool in the heat. The breakfast is delicious and you get to order what you want and it will be delivered to your table. I arrived by bike and got to store it safely on the balcony, which is also a nice place to spend time and enjoy the weather. Would stay here again any time.

Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Very comfortable bed with nice bed linens. We arrived by car and it was easy to find and there was free parking across the street in the shopping mall.The location was just an 8 minute drive into the centre and we had no problem finding parking for sightseeing. Daniele was a wonderfully welcoming and entertaining host and fed us a delicious breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was good and the air-conditioning worked very well. The host made us feel very welcome, provided us with information on the area and had prepared breakfast every morning. There was free parking (with camera security) at the supermarket across the street. It was a good place to use as a base for doing daytrips in the area. One day we parked closer to the centre of Lucca and walked into town from there.

Perhaps a bit isolated if one does not have a car (but since we had a car, we did not checkout how easily things were accessible by public transport). The room was only reachable by stairs, so if you have lots of luggage or have an issue with mobility I suggest contacting the host to ask for a room on the lower floor.

Great communication in advance of our arrival. our host Giuliana was very warm and welcoming, eager to help. The room was sparse but clean and could be cooled sufficiently against the days heat. It was unexpected that the room was serviced while we were out. It was a long 3km walk into old Lucca. Booking a taxi was a bit of a risk in peak summer (but ok during the rest of the year), no Uber in Lucca. The rental bikes are old and rickety which gave us a bit of a laugh as we rode into town and back. We made use of balcony in the afternoon.

No access to drinking water to refill bottles. Buying water creates unnecessary waste. A water cooler in the reception area would be great.

Very clean, clear communication and comfortable place. The owner Daniele is the one who handles the communication and even prepares the breakfast himself (with salty and sweet options). Very friendly and happy to answer any questions and give advise. Parking was just in-front of the B&B and free of charge.

The room and facilities are good, and quite. The only downside is the door is not super noise isolated so you can hear other guests entering and exiting their rooms, but wasn't a big issue.

Super friendly owners, one of the is a former chef and prepares excellent breakfast including a Luchesse dish. Truly a delight in the morning. They also gave great directions. We came by electric car and across the B&B is a parking lot with multiple charging points. The overall experience is great. The only downside I can think of is leaving the place.

The owners were wonderful! They were warm, knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. The breakfast was a separate charge, but the choices and value were good.

I hadn't realized I was arriving during the 5 days of Comic Con. Lucca was a busy city, but fun. However, because of the event, the lodging prices were inflated. I also had difficulty not being able to adjust the temperature of the room. You couldn't, as far as I could figure out.

Good Location not so far away from the city walls. You can reach the city with a 25minutes walk or you can rent a bike directly at the facility for a good price and be there really fast. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast you have to pay for it separately, they cook it for you at you request. You can even taste home made Buccellato, typical cake of Lucca. I would consider this B&B for another visit to this beautiful city. There is a big supermarket really close to the B&B and a big Parking you can use. Some very good restaurants are reachable in less than 5 minutes by car.

Very cozy and beautiful place. Room is very clean, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast. Owner of this hotel is so kind and wonderful man. There no elevator here, so if you have very big luggage - it could be difficult to stay. We had 2 small luggages and 1 bag - and it was absolutely ok without elevator. The parking - front of the hotel, it's free. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
