I liked everything at this place. We spent a night in a 2-bedroom suite, both rooms were equipped with airco and blinds, we could chose what to use against the hit. The villa is situated really close to the Lucca's old town walls - 5 minutes walk and you'r inside it. The breakfast kindly provided to us by the host was delicious and well served. A good restaurant could not serve it better! Bicycles were at our disposal and I used it for a morning ride around the wall (classic Lucca's attraction).

Tastefully renovated villa in good location, walking distance from the medieval Lucca. Thanks a lot for the early occupation of the room! It was great 😊 The minibar is also very good with the cold drinks especially if the weather is hot, and the air conditioning works well. The bathroom is also equipped with everything. Safety, nice parking place in the garden. Lovely, friendly staff, good breakfast. The best choice if you stay in Lucca.

The property is nicely located (only a few minutes walking from the walled city) and it has free private parking. The breakfast was decent. The room we got was ridiculously spacious and very comfortable. The entire property is really beautiful and has a nice back-patio if you want to chill, but we haven't used it because there's so much to see in Lucca! The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Although nicely located just a few minutes walking from the walled city, the property has a busy road just in front of it. So it can get extremely loud at night with traffic noise (and at times you can even smell the smoke from the cars). If you're a light sleeper then definitely bring earplugs.

The Villa was so charming and the loaction was great, short walk to the walled city of Lucca. Room was spacious on the ground floor. Serena was super lovely and helpful with everything. Breakfast was served in the dinning area and freshly made cakes from Serena were delicious. We were able to use the bikes for free to ride around the top of the old city walls of Lucca. Loved our overnight stay here and we had car parking at the Villa.

A great place to stay for travelers with car. As you can not enter the city center via rental car, the location was perfect - just outside the walls of Luca. 10 minutes walking to the city center. Room was very nicely decorated, so clean and very convenient. Above all, host was incredibly kind - helpful. Amazing breakfast and great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Not a single thing.

Very nice B&B just outside of the walls of the ancient city of Lucca. You can borrow a bike to explore the city (walls) which is realy convenient. The B&B breakfast was very good with a lot of homemade pastries, and good coffee. The 4 P room is very spacious (2 bedrooms) and comfortable.

You can experience a bit of noice coming from the road (B&B is situated at a quite busy road)

Location is very close to the walled city and very close when coming off the highway. Villa is also close to food stores. Staff is attentive to your needs. Villa facilities fulfill your needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can hear birds chirping in the early morning.

The property was a great location. Very comfortable and homey. Serena is fabulous. I just wish we stayed longer.

The only possibly negative was the street noise. The traffic and sirens. It really wasn’t too bad, and if you are going to stay close to an entrance outside the city it is unavoidable

The property was beautiful and incredibly clean and our room was very large. Serena was our host and she was amazing, very attentive and easy to communicate with. The home is a 5 min walk from the train station and also a 5 min walk from the inside the city walls of Lucca. She has free bikes to use which is a great way to get around. We loved this property!

Boutique Villa just outside the city walls with a very personalised service from Serena. Large comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Secure car parking behind the house. Also good selection of bicycles available to tour the town and its walls which are traffic free as an alternative to walking.
