The location on a quiet square within the city walls but just a little away from the busiest tourist spots is perfect. Breakfast is excellent wirh plenty of choice and a friendly person on hand to ssrve a hot drunk and assist. The bathroom facilities are very good. The bed was comfy and everywhere was clean. The wifi worked perfectly.

I had problems with the door entry system on arrival but in fairness others managed just fine. There was a lot of night time noise from a tv and loud chatter the first couple of nights- not the fault of the owners and others might not be bothered. The spacious bathroom left rather restricted movement spac in the sleeping area of the single room.l

Great host. She was so helpful and nice. Perfect location to explore the town. Lovely, stylish old building.

Thin walls and windows. One night the guests were noisy and the square was full of loud youngsters. We could hardly sleep. The bunk bed needs a refresh.

Great location within the walls. Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. Original ceiling.Staff on location for breakfast period only. Keypad entry was easy. Good breakfast.

Kids seem to congregate outside and can be noisy, but that is out of anyone's control. The room is a little dark.

There was a drain smell in the (otherwise very clean!) bathroom - probably fairly typical in cities and wasn't a huge problem!

shower (inside the bathtub) must be held all the time to avoid spilling out of the bathtub, as its wall support doesn’t allow adjusting the angle, and there’s no shower curtain or anything.

The room was compact but had very high ceilings which mAde it feel spacious. The bathroom was modern and large with plenty of towels. A charming B&B. I wish we were there longer. great location. Quiet at night and a nice breakfast in the morning. A very comfortable stay.

Pergola house was a perfect spot for our 1 night stay in Lucca. Easy to find, right in the centre of town, so easy to walk everywhere. It had a really homely feel to it, cosy rooms and breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Facilities are exceptional. We cannot wait to stay again. Thank you!!

Beautiful and space with large common area. Clean, spacious and well air conditioned bedroom. Easy self check-in. Ten minute walk to station. Abundant breakfast and extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Very generously helped be book a taxi.
