The location is convenient and close to all things needed for a comfortable stay. Three minute walk to the central train station, grocery store, and 10 min walk to the Terme and Funicular for the old town. The apartment was spotless. Two balconies, on either side of the apartment. Beds are comfortables and great quality. No noise, quite during the nights.

A nice small studio with a balcony facing a green yard (with a distant view of Montecattini Alto). Everything was as in the description. The residence is located very close to the center, but is really quiet. There is no parking nearby, but there is a free parking lot 10 min on foot from there, which was quite ok. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful area, right in the centre, Fantastic Apartment, Great hosts. Very welcoming, polite and informative. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we will return.! Easy walking to the Station, to "Terme Redi" for the thermal waters and treatments but maybe book in advance. (GREAT EXPERIENCE) A truly amazing stay.

If there was a washing machine it would be a 10+ but there is a self service laundry 1 minute walk to the right out of Residence Gloria. Would like to mention I got my hair & nails done and very reasonable.

Large apartment in central location, numerous balconies with superb views. Good kitchen facilities. Owners were lovely and super helpful.

Apartment is dated and smells a bit musty in both sitting room and kitchen. Street was quite busy and noisy at sitting room side but quiet at back. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a quiet street overlooking a beautiful garden. It is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly. It's a shame that it was so hot during our stay that we couldn't enjoy the balcony.
