The hotel is in a good location, ten minutes by bus to the metro station Punto Mamolo, from which you can reach the center. You can buy bus tickets in the bar right next to the hotel. The coffee bar is open from 0 to 24 hours. Parking space in the garage. The hotel staff is very friendly and will always help you. The rooms are clean and tidy, towels are changed every day. In the lobby of the hotel you have a machine with sweets and pizza. It's worth staying at the hotel.

The internet connection in the room was poor. The air conditioning is automatically adjusted at the hotel reception, which may not suit some people.

This hotel is located between the 2 train stations for montecatini - both roughly the same distance. The hotel was clean, equipped with all the necessities. Our bathroom was renovated and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable, and the room overall spacious. We spent 3 nights and it quickly felt like home to us. The breakfast was plentiful and had quite a lot of variety for continental breakfast. They replenished the towels frequently. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The towels were very thin and worn. We would recommend that they soon replace the towels for some newer ones. Would like to see some water bottles in the mini fridge for guest consumption.

The beds and pillows very hard and uncomfortable , and the bathroom so baking hot no aircon. The aircon in the room was behind heavy curtains so it was ineffective if you wanted to close the curtains to keep light out

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very central and within walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options and very filling. The coffee was great too! A good selection of different teas as well. They also had gluten free options available on request.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent location (10 min walk to city centre, 40 min drive to Pisa, close to Luca and 1 hour drive to 5 terre). Everything else was perfect: size of the room, AC, fridge, cleanliness, breakfast, amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

Everyone at the hotel was very congenial and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts had a great variety of foods, including hot scrambled eggs. It was a short, easy walk to and from the train station.

I have a comment about the hygiene in the kitchen. The rooms were clean, but I had to change 5 plates to find a clean one to serve myself.

Super clean, great breakfast (salty and sweet). Pleasant personnel. Easy to find parking on the street around the hotel - it is paid per hour, but free during the night. Fridge in the room (no freezer). Balcony
