All staff were excellent! They were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The room was large with a comfortable bed and with a very good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent! Great variety of very tasty food! Location was perfect! They do have a small parking area which we used and it was ideal!

The rooms are not soundproof. Fortunately, there was no noise during the night but I did hear noises late at night and from 7a.m. The coffee machine, at breakfast, needs to be replaced. It kept breaking down. Staff are wonderful, they need to be given the right resources.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and knowledgeable.The hotel is on a side street but close to the centre and the train station. We had some very good restaurants at a short walking distance. We parked on the street for €4.50 a day (pay at reception). For us, it was a good base to explore Tuscany. We stayed in the wellness block which was quiet.

Booking.com advertised it as free breakfast. We booked 2 rooms, one economy and one double, the economy didn’t have free breakfast.

The room size was perfect. The room also had a kettle and cups,but no coffee sachets or milk. However when I asked for milk I was supplied with a jug. I travel with sachets and we bought a packet of tea locally. The room had a good amount of plug points, so we could charge our pads etc.

Although there was a restaurant there was a limited choice of dinner options, fortunately there were a lot of good restaurants within a short walk in the town.

Very clean and lovely staff.The catering staff wirk really hard. Theonly downside was there was a lot of groups of teenagers staying on different nights.They were noisy as we were on the front and could here them till early hours in the morning .

It was near lots of lovely restaurants & bars .The Pool was also really nice . The Spa was really nice too.

We’re our room was near the Spa the lift was so tiny and didn’t smell good at all Walked the two flights of Stairs I suppose because it was booking.Com They keep that side of the hotel for them because of the price would love to see the other side next time ❤️ Felt the bathroom next to the Pool didn’t have hand wash or anything To dry your hands with thought that Was very poor .

Centrally located in Montecatini,so close to everything. And peace and quiet in a city centre,so lovely. All staff interactions were really special, genuine and courteous in all our dealings. Breakfast buffet was excellent, nice mix of fresh and cooked, fresh fruit selection was excellent.

Bed comfort was fairly good,but all the pillows were too big for comfort,woke several times with pain in my neck and shoulders,not good. Parking access at the hotel location.

The hotel is good value for money. We had a comfortable clean room. We had been travelling a bit before arrival and I had forgotten body cream, it was the only hotel we had stayed at that offered body cream in the bathrooms. I was very thankful. The staff were lovely and helpful, from front desk to cleaning lady and serving crew.

Nothing disappointed everything good. The barman federico was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

If I had one complaint, the room was a little dark even with shutters open, but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

I loved everything about this hotel .Sorry to leave it.l.Food was excellent Staff was so helpful and they gave me a bike to go around the park on.So easy to get to from montecatini centro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also short walk to cart to go up to montecatini alto. Would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Good breakfast selection in a beautifully decorated dining room. I would have enjoyed an option to eat outside.
