From the moment you step into the hotel, you're instantly impressed — it’s truly breathtaking. Everything is on a top-tier level and radiates luxury and elegance. The cleanliness throughout the entire property is flawless, and the interior design is both stylish and welcoming. Our room was absolutely perfect — spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and soft, high-quality pillows. We slept like babies. Breakfast was fantastic — a wide variety of options, both classic and delicious, catering to all tastes. The pool was crystal clear and wonderfully refreshing, while the jacuzzi provided the perfect spot to relax. The spa experience was pure bliss — a real haven of peace and indulgence. The staff were outstanding — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes' walk from the Montecatini city center. Also is perfect for exploring Tuscany — Florence, Pisa, and Viareggio are all close by and easily accessible. As for parking, just ask the reception for directions. The designated parking is a few minutes from the hotel, under constant camera surveillance, safe, and very affordable.

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was beyond expectations — it was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

We had an amazing experience and just a short distance from home, for my son's birthday. From the moment we arrived, Filomena and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They checked in on us throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, and the relaxing atmosphere made for a truly special celebration. For our goal to stay close to Terme Redi and Tettuccio Water Park the location was perfect. Everything around was safe and in walking distance. The rooms are decent size by European standard. A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. But the most impressive is the team. It’s a family-like atmosphere and staff goes above and beyond to make your stay problem-free and taken care of. They are kind and funny and easy-going.

It can get a little updating in the rooms, additional hooks in the bathrooms. For those staying for a few days breakfast is a decent conventional type, but for two weeks it’s a little boring. But everything was fresh. Proximity to school makes it noisy in the morning so I would recommend room facing backyard.

The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice. Filamena and Bernadetta were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The dream team. Filamena even leant me flip flops, so I could use the doa/pool area. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Our balcony view wasn't great, we had a tree in front of us. My facial massage wasn't relaxing as an electric device waa used on my face like a cheese grater feel and it was quite sore, although skin looked much better after.

We travelled with a dog, Emi, and the staff Ilenia was great in taking good care of her at breakfast, bringing her water and ham, and providing us with a table outside near the pool. The location was great, near all the interesting sights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark at night. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a warm water jet pool included in the price. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The temperature of the air conditioner was hard to control. It was too cold and would not respond to our attempts to increase the temperature.

Very good breakfast. Lots of choice. Lovely friendly attentive staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Lovely gentleman who served us drinks around the pool. Very clean nice rooms. Lovely comfy bed. Very good shower in the room. Very reasonably priced bar.

Occasionally had to hunt around for a member of staff to serve you at the bar but didn't take too long.

The staff and bartender were king, the room was also good. It's a really nice and safe place for a female to travel alone. The bath was clean, they will clean the water every morning.

I didn't notice that the bath and spa price is only included in the rent in summer, so I need to pay for it.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. More than plentiful breakfast and diner, attentive and professional waiters. The room was a little small but comfortable, and the cleaning was impeccable. The spa was very nice. A perfect holiday to be repeated.

The view from our balcony was great. The room was spacious with a lot of storage space. Great hotel for its value. The breakfast was decent. The room got cleaned every day.

The indoor pool is not included in the room cost at winter time (so read the fine print when you book the room). Also some of the staff were a bit unfriendly.
