The staff was really friendly and competent. All our questions got answered and we got to store our luggage for free at the hotel. Also the whole hotel was clean and neat.
Some things in the bathroom were a bit damaged. The bidet was not very well connected to the floor and the stopper of the sink was broken. Also it would have been nice to have clean towels a little more often.

The location was definitely a big pro. Close (REALLY CLOSE) to the train station, which is a must, when you plan to travel to different cities by train - which I highly recommend. Also, the Piazza dei Miracoli was like 20 min by walk, there was the Corso Italia just around a Corner, with full of restaurants and bars. So it is in the center, close to important locations. The street itself is a bit noisy, because of its proximity to the local infrastructure, but its definitely worth it. The rooms inside are small, but enough for to just sleep there. The hotel is clean, the balcony is nice, A/C and tv is working, and the staff is lovely - especially the gentleman at the reception during night hours - I don’t know his name, but we had some good chats. Made me feel good and welcomed. Thank you.
Rooms are small.

The staff are very helpfull, my train had broken down just outside of florence and would create a major delay on my arrival to the hotel, i had messaged the staff who had gave me the password to enter the main door and left my room key out and was fine with me properly checking in with them the following day, couldnt ask for better people, the rooms spacious and nice with a decent sized bathroom, it is in an ideal location being withing 2 minutes of the train station and the pisa tower is roughly 25 minutes walk away, good value for money and location.
My only complaint is that there is a lot of noise that comes in from the street

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the airport and right next to the train station. We were able to explore everything in Pisa on foot, and traveling anywhere was easy since the hotel was less than a five-minute walk from the station. Our room was clean and well-organized every morning.
There was no refrigerator in the room. The noise level was quite high, as we could hear people walking in the corridor since we were near the shared bathroom.

A very nice hotel. The location is perfect - very close to the historical center and 1 minute walk from the train station, we didn't need to use public transport at all. The hotel is very clean, the ceilings are high, the beds are comfortable. It is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel before the check-in or after the check-out for free. I would especially like to mention the pleasant and friendly staff.
We stayed in January, and the stone floor was a bit cold.

I chose this hotel as it was near to Pisa station as I wanted somewhere close for my journey the following morning. This meant that the Milano was not very near to Pisa's historic centre over the Arno nor the bar/restaurant area on the hotel and station side of the Arno, but this was the compromise I chose when I booked. The redevelopment on the edge of the nearby square meant the area was a little quieter at night than might otherwise be expected, nonetheless I didn't find the walk to back to the hotel intimidating. My room was a ground floor room but nevertheless my sleep was not disturbed by any noise from the street. The room was well equipped and the hotel staff friendly.
I wasn't expecting facilities such as a bar, restaurant or 24 hour reception, although as these amenities would normally figure in my requirements I had to mark the Milano accordingly in fairness to my other stays. If you book knowing this as I did and have no expectations of finding such facilities then the hotel is perfectly fine. I did feel that the duvet I added to my bed had perhaps been missed in the hotel cleaning as it was a little grimy in parts. Some but by no means all the towels had seen better days, although those I used were completely clean.

Couldn’t be simpler to find Hotel Milano. Turn left on exiting the station and walk to the end of the station building; then turn right and in under 200m you’ll see it: the second hotel on the left. The area surrounding railway stations can often be quite grotty – Pisa is definitely the exception to that rule! Walk straight ahead out of the station door, and you find yourself in the usual sort of taxi/set-down/pick-up forecourt – then keep walking further in a straight line, and you arrive into a lovely circular piazza, complete with a carousel, and an outdoor café + around the edge of this piazza are very pleasant bars/cafés where cheap breakfast can easily be found. (In short, don’t worry that breakfast is not available in the hotel. ) One of the roads of this lozenge-shaped Piazza is, in fact, a major pedestrian shopping street – with more places to eat, so whether you are in Pisa early or late on account of flights, all the bases are covered. The hotel itself is ideally placed to all of the above and so, great for a stopover. Simply furnished, fresh and bright and spotlessly clean. Lovely helpful staff. A good shower and, unlike some two-star hotels, toiletries are provided. We plan to stop over in Pisa on arrival/before departure next time at this airport. (Pisamover from station to airport just €5 and every 10 mins) - and this would be our choice of hotel.
At this price point, didn’t dislike anything.

Very close to the train station and only about a 20 mins walk from the leaning tower. The room was basic but really had everything we needed as you spend most of the time exploring anyway! The gentleman on reception was really helpful and advised about the airport shuttle train from the station. Air con was a massive plus too!

The room was a large family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. It had a separate entrance hall and a great bathroom.
With is being all tiled and on the bottom floor, there was a lot of sound as people came and went. Being on the bottom floor but above street high meant I didn't open the blinds much. TV was small, but who goes on holiday to watch TV? AIR?

Reception staff accomodated us for an early check in without additional cost as we arrived early. Room was clean . Situated near the train station and it's just 20min walk to the leaning tower . Restaurants and shops around the area
Im not sure if there was an elevator though. Stairway was a bit narrow and there was a fly in the room .
