The hotel is not that expensive so you get what you get. The rooms are clean, beds are very well and the pillows sleep well. The staff at the hotel where very friendly and behind the desk of the hotel they all speak English but I also heard someone talking German. Breakfast is OK-ish it is not the greatest selection and some things cost extra. At the restaurant staff only 1 speaks English kind of odd being in a hotel however the prices are low compared to other restaurants and the quality is great!

Rooms are perfect except the noise! You hear everytime someone closes there door. There are no doorstops at any doors. I don't get it why there is a slow closing of the doors it is just SMASH SMASH SMASH you can hear it all. If this was changed it would have been a perfect stay!

The room looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of pastries, meat, cheese, fruits and greens. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The hair dryer needs to be updated. If I try to get my hair fully dry, it would take me all night. It would also be nice to have an option to make tea and coffee in the room :)

Good location for a wedding at Villa Dianella. We were always able to find a space in the car park. Reception staff were very helpful (breakfast staff not as friendly.) Our party of four really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. Room was great.

More electricity plug sockets needed in the bedroom. Very simple breakfast which by day 4 became rather boring. The superior room has a jacuzzi bath. However using the shower above the bath, with the folding doors, standing on vents, there was very little space to have a comfortable shower. I would not book a superior room again.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The best part was that their free breakfast includes real espresso drinks made to order at the bar--heaven! The machine version at all the other hotels can't compare. We ate dinner here the one night it was okay, but not awesome. We walked down the street to eat another night and liked that. People are outside late into the evening playing soccer and talking. Walking distance to train station to ride in to Florence.

The room was small but really everything here was decent. The breakfast food options weren't many, but the real cappuccino made up for that to us and there were enough choices that we all had something to eat.

Very clean and modern with great, friendly staff - we were staying for a family wedding in the area and they were very helpful when we asked for an iron and ironing board and arranging taxis for the station. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town which was lovely and friendly too.

This hotel is so so nice. There is breakfast, perfect breakfast. The rooms are super clean. We got there by trains, from Florence to the hotel is about 1 hour but so worht it. The neighborhood is calm, i would def come back if i can.

No enough charges in the room, which is very important while traveling.

It was a very nice hotel in a nice and quiet part of town. It was a pleasant stay. The restaurants in the evening were also great. We didn't have a reservation, but they saw that we were from far away (Prague) and so they prepared a table for us within a few minutes.

Comfortable stay. Bathroom was modern except that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Room was good size. Close to supermarket. Restaurant was a bonus. Stayed at hotel to attend a family wedding and hotel had a lot of rooms to accommodate large group.

Staff were okay. A bit far from train station so had to ask hotel reception to call taxi many times and became expensive. Also taxi service after 8 pm can be scarce.

Very welcomed stuff.

I would like to see more vegan alternative for breakfast. There was nothing behind soy milk. Some non-diary spread and /or some veggies would be great as well. But there were oatflakes and granola and enough of dried and fresh fruits. Thank you.
