The room was comfortable and well-equipped with the use of the kitchen facilities - it meant we could make our own meal on the first night. The pool and other facilities were clean, breakfast was a lovely spread of cold meats, cheese and home made cakes. The standout for us though were the hosts, who helped us get in and out of town, picked us up from the station and assisted us on our first day of walking the Francigena.

Perfect place to end our vacation. Very friendly host, very attentive. We had to leave very early in the morning and still the breakfast was ready for us. The pool area is worth the stay on its own, and the sunset you can watch there is one of the most beautiful we had ever seen. Rooms are well equipped, maintained and very fresh and new. Garden is beautiful as well.

Smart TV would have been nice, but there is a TV in rooms.

To find the the B&M is a major enterprise. Watch for an invisible downhill in the rural surroundings. Fortunately a lady massing by walked us to the opening to the way. We had passed by tit for 3 times without seeing it.

The room was lovely, shower and bathroom was great. Comfy bed and pillows. Valentina m the host was so helpful and massage was fabulous. Location was good.

Booking.com stated there was coffee and tea in room but this was not the case.

Amazing stay at le Mammole, the host are extremely nice , you will feel like home. The garden and terrasse has the best view on the village of San Miniato and the typical landscape of Toscany. Super quiet area, Located less than 10 minutes by car from San miniato center. Highly recommended !! There is a small charge of 5 euro / person if you want to use the swimming pool, it s a fair deal considering the room price are low compare to the high quality of this place.

Location was great. Breakfast was really good and plenty. The house is clean, beautiful and nicely located. It is very peaceful with an amazing view of the Tuscan region. Valentina is a very nice host and she tried her best to communicate with us in English. She even made us a wine tasting/tour reservation at a local winery. And that was another great experience for us. The town San Miniato is a nice gem. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Le Mammole.

We love this place. Thanks to Valentina and her advices. It was pleasant stay with lovely room, tasty breakfast and very good situated. We would definitely come back again.

just stop scrolling! PLEASE just book! this was THE best accommodation we had in our 3 week trip in Italy! I promise you wouldn’t regret it! they have a brand new build in swimmingpool which makes you feel like a king!

Beautiful setting! Surrounded by farms and lush greenery. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful host.

A bit difficult to find. Hard to see the sign at top of a downhill driveway.
