Fabulous location, small room with windows that could be opened wide open! No frills accommodation and friendly vibe with a relaxed and happy host! Sensational view from my room over the entire valley was a great touch.

Was a bit hard to find and then to contact the person to be let in if you don't have a sim card and can't easily call an EU number...

Nice, convenient location to explore the city. We arrived early in the day and were able to occupy the room a bit before regular check-in time which was greatly appreciated as we were traveling the Via Francigena with our backpacks!

I thought when I was booking the room it showed a double bed(little icon) even though the category title had Twin or double for 2 people so I was a little disappointed to get 2 twin beds.

In middle of San Miniato. Many restaurants close by. Lovely view from window and balcony, although latter is very small.

No facilities to make tea or coffee. Wifi not available in room.

Great room close to the centre of this hilltop toscana village.

I was cycling and getting up the hill was really hard. We were there in a weekend and it was a party town... lots of noisey young people.

Modest but cosy accommodation. Great location almost in the city center. Owner friendly and helpful.

It is very clean, the view is wonderful, it is almost in the center of the town, the owner is really kind and pets are welcome. I recommend the rooms.

There wasn't any fridge but that is also not really important.
