Minerva Palace is a lovely little place at the very center of Montecatini Terme. We enjoyed having a private parking, good breakfast and a clean room. We also enjoyed sitting at the lovely rooftop terrace, with a wonderful view. Also, the staff couldn't be nicer (especially Mariano at the restaurant), they really do their best to make one feel welcome. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Montecatini central train station, so that was a big plus, too. Good air conditioning was a plus, too.

The room was a bit small and it would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows. But those are some small things, we really don't have any big complaints.

Good central location, easy parking. Staff were helpful. Overall reasonable price.

Bit dated overall. Dinner table layout needs revision. To sit and look at kitchen entry, or empty breakfast bar is not so good. Lack of aircon in restaurant made it stuffy. The elevator needs maintenance. To many sudden jerks . The in house internet connection needs review, not appropriate mode of connection , lots of security issues.

Breakfast very good, and all available from 0700 which was helpful. Everything worked, room was a good size and although officially check-out was before 1100 it sounded as though the staff might be flexible on that. Extremely well-located for Terme parkrun - time to have breakfast before and shower afterwards before leaving.

Hotel is not particularly close to the station, but I knew that when booking.

Great location, breakfast buffet, bar after dinner. Our favorite restaurant waiter was present. We’ve known Mariano since our 1st trip to Montecatini. He’s always very friendly and offering suggestions on sites to see.

Bed was extremely hard. Not much sleep for 4 nights.

Hotel with great location and very comfortable rooms. Only few steps and you are in the town center, few steps more and you will be on the Railway station. Breakfast was excellent, the Staff very helpful, supportive and kind. Thank You for everything.

Very good hotel! Location - in the city center, just 3-4 minutes to the train station. Cleanliness - perfect! Every day they change the sheets and clean the room. Staff - very kind! Food - I ate the same breakfast for 6 days. A small change in the menu would be welcome. Value for money - yes!

Friendly staff and very good value for money. Easy to travel by train to other places of interest in Tuscany.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The decor in the rooms is a little old fashioned but I'm used to that in Italy. It was very clean though.

The location. Lovely breakfast with huge choice, including eggs and bacon, a rarity in Italy! Excellent stop-over for us, half way between Rome and Cuneo in Piedmont. It allowed us to visit Pisa in the early hours of the following morning. That was positive as Pisa was quiet and uncrowded at that time. The staff are cordial and welcoming.

All was good.

The interior was more elegant than I expected, everything precise and clean.

The proximity to the historic center is excellent, however, there was an area the opposite direction that I felt a little uncomfortable in in the evening.

The staff was outstanding! Welcomes you, helped you, conversed with you. Breakfast staff also very helpful, attentive and genuinely proud of what they were doing. Bar staff exceptional! Great convenience to city square
