The entire experience was exceptional. The rooms were perfect, the reception and house keeping staff were very helpful, personable and hospitable. Breakfasts and the dining room service were fantastic and food very tasty, with an excellent selection. We never ever felt under pressure to hurry our meals. The pools indoor and outdoor were great and just right. The shops were only a 10 minute walk away and there was free and safe car parking just opposite the hotel for our hired car. We can't recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you all at Bellavista.

True Tuscan decadence, combined with a stylish outdoor pool and bar arrangement, and a lovely family-owned institution with wonderful staff. Best hotel in Montecatini, I will be back many times. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast and dinner was very good. The dining room were very helpful and friendly. The spa therapist was excellent. I loved the mud massage! Very good. The location was good, only a short walk to the town centre.

The spa/pool area was of poor standard for a 5* hotel. We were expecting more facilities, such as the Turkish bath, which was unavailable. The rental of the bathrobe and slippers should have been free of charge. The room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon, so when we returned from the spa, the bed and bathroom still hadn’t been made or cleaned.

They give an upgrade , the reception staff are so kind and polite , he even showed me the several size of room so i have the chance to choose . Big thanks

Super friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially the ladies at the front desk! Our flight wasn't until early afternoon so we were allowed to check out an hour later as the room was not needed that day. Will definitely come back, only next time for a longer stay :-)
