This is the perfect stop to break up the stage. The host Mario (he is called “Super Mario”) is charming and very welcoming! He made my stay perfect. I was also grateful for the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and the staff was lovely. A solid choice for the Via Francigena, especially if you’re just starting out.

All was great. I advise pilgrims to look up the location. It’s not exactly on the way but doesn’t add any real distance.

The most delightful host and hostess. Despite language barrier we felt very welcome and cared for. Meal in adjacent restaurant was outstanding and very reasonably price not to mention delicious and convenient. Breakfast was yummy.

Shower stall needed some deep cleaning.

It’s a bit off the trail if you are hiking the Via Francigena but you can cut back over in the morning

Breakfast was only served until 9am. For those that prefer to have a lie in it a little early.

Such a nice and warm place, all the staff is helpful and caring. My mom and I booked two single rooms and there were next to each other, super clean, and comfortable!

The breakfast was ok but did not include any fruits, which could be a good option, specially during summer days. Also, there wasn't a self coffee machine so you need to ask at the bar every time you want a beverage.

Recently refurbished with bright rooms and very friendly staff. The restaurant next door is convenient for not having to take the car to go elsewhere

Helpful staff, great restaurant adjacent, do not be put off by the location; this is a good place to stay.

Location is a 15/20 minute walk fro the town and by industrial units; however, do not let this put you off. We really enjoyed our stay and the meal at the adjacent restaurant.

Great facilities. Quite. The staff are friendly and cater to all your needs. You'll definitely feel at home here.

English of staff isn't the greatest - but given you are in Italy that is to be expected.
