Set in a very quiet location although on a main road in a rural area. Very easy to reach by car. We found the location very good considering that it is only 30/40 mins away from Lucca and Pisa and just the same distance away from Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. Breakfast was simply delicious. We asked the owners if they could prepare breakfast earlier than usual since we had to leave to Pisa early and the owners were very helpful to prepare a very delicious breakfast for us before the allocated time. Room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also amazing views of the country side and mountains in the distance. I will definitely recommend it,

Our stay was EXCEPTIONAL. Thanks to the host kidness, attentiveness. Appartment itself SUPER CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Very COZY and ORGANIZED with CARE and LOVE for the guests, thinking of each small detail you may need. The bed and lines very VERY GOOD QUALITY. The owner was preparing WONDERFUL breakfast with variety of meals, adjusted breakfast time to our need. We felt VERY WELCOMED and would DEFINITELY stay here again once visting this area. Grazie mille to the owner again.

The B&B was really nice and cute: big room with a nice kitchen area to eat. Super clean and with everything that we needed. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of different things and abundant. We had our bikes and the owners offered to keep them somewhere safe.

It is writen in the description but we find that it would be nice to have a microwave or somewhere to warm a meal next to the kitchen table.

The breakfast was one of the best experiences of the day. We were seated at the table outside and were served fresh and local breakfast from our hosts. Because we are lactose intolerant, our hosts did everything to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and very modern and provided us with everything we needed. The hosts were exceptionally nice and very helpful. It was very nice to have such a personal experience at our accommodation. We will certainly come back.

We liked the location and the free parking that is available! The proximity of the house to Florence and Pisa!The breakfast provided by the hosts is wonderful! Highly recommended!

Guests may miss having an oven for baking or a microwave if they want to prepare their own meals.

The apartment is located in an inconspicuous location, we searched a bit. It's a bit of a disadvantage that the owner doesn't speak another language, but google translator knows for sure. The owner and her husband are very pleasant and the apartment's furnishings exceeded our expectations. Breakfast then raised it to a higher level. We can highly recommend it with a clear conscience.

Very great people a man and his wife where serving there and they are lovely, they greet you every morning with great breakfasts, the house is very beautiful with a lot of books and awesome decorations, it’s clean and tidy. It’s located between Florence and Pisa, and if you have or rent a car, you can access to Cinque Terre

The weather was hot and the AC was broken 😞

We spent 6 nights in this BB accommodation and it was a really great stay. The suite room was comfortable, modern, clean and equipped with air conditioning which was a must in the hot summer. There was also a fridge and a living room. The best experience was the really rich and great breakfast. The hosts are very nice and friendly people. The price for the accommodation was more than acceptable. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

We do not have any negative or comments. We strongly recommend this friendly and generous BB house.

A very nice place for a stop over (in our case coming from Lucca and continuing to Siena). Very friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. Comfy bedroom, renovated bathroom and a spacious common area. Note however that while the private bathroom is indeed private, you need to cross a meter of corridor to get there.

The location was easy to find, the bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was very good and clean. there was parking for the car, the access to the suit was easy, it was very quiet, there was a good breakfast provided, the owners made efforts to serve all that we could eat. Very friendly and comfortable place, with a quality furnishing and pride of ownership by the couple who operate the place.

That we only stayed 1 night and did not have time to enjoy it more.
